Wonderful place to stay. Convenient to downtown and trails.

Great location. Clean and well furnished. I had a couple small issues with no washcloths and my code did not work, but the owner was quick to get back with me. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Cozy, Comfortable and Convienent

I stayed here with my co-workers while we were in town for a work event. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and the shower was hot. No complaints here. Cute little place that slept 5 of us very comfortably.

Clean, cozy - absolutely everything you need

I'm bookmarking this property to come back. It's super-functional, well-appointed, clean and close to everything. We were out the door and on Copper Mountain within no time flat. Plus, the roads and parking lot are constantly maintained. Great property!

Great location for a Frisco getaway

Well stocked kitchen, ample space for sleeping and a quick walk to Main Street made this a great place for our family of 3 to spend Christmas weekend. I would warn others that while there is plenty of sleeping room (2 queen beds, 1 twin, 1 double futon and a pullout couch) and plenty of stools for eating in the kitchen, there is not much room to sit and relax in the living room. Overall, it was a fantastic place and we had a great time.

Weekend stay at Creekside

We enjoyed our short stay at Creekside. We had a group of 7 with 3 young adults. The location was peaceful and quiet. It was a little tight for 7 adults, but would be great for a single family with kids. I would rent again if it were just our family for sure. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Nice quiet place close to town

This is a nicely renovated condo with everything you need and it's super close to town. For us, we had small kids and spent a little more time in the condo so a little more space would have been helpful. But for those who are out and about and not spending a ton of time in the condo, the space would not be an issue. It was clean, well maintained and easy to access. Would recommend for sure!

Can't imagine a better location for a ski getaway!

This condo is adorable, so cozy and the ultimate spot for a lovely ski weekend. The owner, Catherine, is the most responsive and accommodating owner we have interacted with through VRBO. We had some special needs as a group and we couldn't have felt more comfortable with our choice. The fireplace and beds were our favorite parts! The kitchen is well stocked with complimentary coffee and more high-end cooking utensils than you can imagine. Well maintained all-around. 10 minutes from Copper, a 5 minute walk to delicious restaurants. We will be back ASAP and recommend to all our ski friends!

Not as Advertised

First, do not be mislead by the photo of the property. It is nothing like that in person. None of the furniture pictured is not in the unit. The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired; I wiped cooking splatters off of the countertop, white animal hair covered the rug in the main living area and the downstairs shower floor was dirty. Overall the unit is not up-to-date (as represented) and it is very tired and need of some TLC. We would've moved to another location and requested a refund, but we could not readily find an alternative. I am sorry, but we will not be returning.

Functional but small common space

We stayed here for three nights over Christmas break. There were 6 of us. Two in one bedroom, three in the "bunk" room, and one on the couch in the living room. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with some nice touches like ziploc baggies. The main problem we found was that there wasn't much common space or places to sit for more than three people. There is no dining table or dining area. Five stools can be pulled up to the kitchen counter. For seating in the living room, which is quite small, there is one couch that seats three, but that's it for seating. If you plan to spend most of your day out on the slopes and eating out at restaurants, this may not be a problem. Personally, I'll look for something where we can all hang out together more comfortably next time. (We had some problems with lack of bedding, but the owner rectified this by the next day.)

Clean, well-located property

I have stayed in many condos in Summit County while skiing in the Rockies. This condo is above average. Yes, the living area is a bit small as stated in other reviews (really only a couch for sitting), and yes, there is really no dining area (stools at the kitchen island serve as the dining space), but otherwise it is a nice unit. The condo was clean and bathrooms are nice and up to date. Hardwood floors in the main floor are quite nice. I imagine as an owner, it might be difficult to keep things well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms, but the owner have done a great job of leaving plenty of supplies - shampoos, paper towels, kitchen essentials, etc. Anyone who leaves a bottle of olive oil scores big points with me!! The upstairs bedroom sleeps 3 or more - it's a bit tight but has two small closets and a dresser for clothes and storage. The Master has no closet (owners use it for their private storage) but a good sized dresser and Queen bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillow, but I would have appreciated a supply of hangars in the extra bedroom. Internet was excellent and laundry conveniently located below the unit. First floor entry and parking are pluses too. Walk to ski bus to Copper Mountain is about 4 block or 5 minutes. No hot tub or other amenities in the complex. Overall we would recommend the condo to others. The owners show respect for their guests by keeping it nice and providing necessary comforts. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful stay!

Highly recommend this vrbo. My husband, son and I skied Copper Mountain, which was only 5 miles away. The place was clean and bright - many windows. Also quiet as a few blocks back from the main street of Frisco, but close enough to walk to restaurants and the interesting museum. Another nice feature is the condo has two floors so there's no "other" rental people making noise above or below. Only one wall is shared with another rental. In addition, the beds were very comfortable - even the sleeper sofa! We would definitely stay here again. : )

Great place for ski trip

I stayed at the property during the second week of February, 2022. The condo was immaculately clean and furnished as expected. I was there with a friend of mine for a guys ski trip. We found the 2 bedroom condo to be an excellent value in a very convenient location. While the property is not huge or ultra-luxurious, it was very nice and when I next look to ski in the Summit County area again, I will not hesitate to stay at this property again if it is available. Also, the owner (Cathy) was very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Even better than we expected!

This is a very nice property located in the perfect spot in Frisco. We were able to walk to the main street if we wanted, for dinner, drinks or to just wander around. It is also right off the interstate there, but it's so quiet you'd never know! Made it the perfect location for us to jump on to drive to Dillon, Silverthorne, etc. The condo is nicely furnished, and had a coffeemaker and coffee (which is a bonus!), along with a full kitchen and things such as oils and spices, making it convenient to cook if you wanted to. Beds were comfy, there was plenty of room for the 6 of us in the cabin. Bathrooms are small but the showers are excellent in both of them. No AC, but we didn't need it. We opened windows and the breezes were enough to keep the house comfortable. It has a nice little deck on it with a charcoal grill. We sat on the deck and had drinks every night we were there. In short, if we are ever in the Frisco area again, we'd stay here again. Catherine was prompt with communication and made sure we had everything we needed.

Good 'home' base

We enjoyed our stay. Skiing at Copper, so definitely a convenient location. The only drawbacks-- the bathrooms are clean, but they aren't deep clean as in, the walls are a bit of a mess and the bathrooms aren't updated, so if you want new and modern, this isn't the place for you. The other drawback is that there is not a lot of room to sit down as a family and relax, so if there are 4 of you, someone is sitting on the floor or sitting on a bar stool. We were only there 3 days, so this wasn't a big deal to us, but if we were there longer or there was 1 more person, it may be a bit crowded. All in all a nice place and we are grateful the owners 'took us in!'.
