Enjoy a hidden island paradise at Coccoloba Beach House, a charming two-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront villa located on Taylor Bay Beach, one of the best beaches in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Taylor Bay offers stunning views, beautiful white sand, shallow waters, and a quiet, tranquil setting for ultimate relaxation. This vacation rental villa offers a casual island feel, perfect for travelers who love the Caribbean air and turquoise views but want something affordable!

The bubbling water fountain and a curving staircase greet guests from the gated driveway to this delightful beach house. Coccoloba is designed in a pod layout with a plentiful outdoor courtyard space. Each bedroom is a private structure, while the kitchen, living room, dining room, and sunroom are all under one roof. The two bedrooms and living room all have flat-screen televisions, but you may find little time for TV with the Taylor Bay Beach white sands just a few steps away!


**Payment Terms:

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Please note: We do not accept credit cards for the full rental amount.



Notes:

• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permitted with a supplemental fee.

• The property manager will meet guests at the 4:00 check-in for a welcome and brief villa orientation. They will be available to guests throughout the week if they need assistance.

• Taylor Bay is a lovely shallow beach perfect for young children or lazy floating for adults! Sunsets here are unmatched elsewhere on the island. Bring your camera!

• The best way of getting around on the island is a rental car.

• This villa is typically offered on a weekly Saturday-Saturday schedule
