One-week timeshare - reserve for 2026 for the right price!

Come to Cabo, the land of perfect weather to a resort that has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The suite is available for a week-long rental any time from January 1 to December 17, 2026. Sunset Beach is on the secluded Pacific Ocean side but just ten minutes from the fun, restaurants, marina and nightlife of downtown Cabo San Lucas.

PRESIDENTIAL SUITE (sleeps 8; 2 bedrooms, 2 baths), a 2100 sq ft single level condo including a 400 sq ft porch for lounging and dining, Every unit has an ocean view! There is one King Master BR suite , and a second BR with 2 Queen beds, each BR with spacious dual vanity bathrooms with showers and a jet tub. The bedrooms are located on either side of the living/dining area which has a sofa convertible to a double bed. Amenities include daily maid service, central A/C, satellite TV in each room, the fully furnished kitchen, room service, video library, and broadband internet as well as 24/7 golf cart transportation about the resort. Resort dining plan is also available.

You also will have access to the extensive private beach as well as six pool complexes with nine pools and their swim up bars and Jacuzzi. A Kids Club with activities is available on site as well as optional 24-hour babysitting services. Guest services can assist in arranging plans from among the full compliment of local activities: fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, jet skiing, golf, hiking, horseback riding, ATV and eco tours as well as the full spectrum of night life and dining either at the resort, the two related resorts in San Lucas or in the town itself.
Other facilities include the 16,000 sq ft Spa, a number of varied restaurant choices on-site, an extensive Food Hall, room service, boutiques, Sports and Cigar Bars, an Internet Cafe, a mini-market, 2 Delis, and a 16th century chapel. An optional full meal service program is also available.

Free hourly shuttle bus to downtown and access to Pueblo Bonito sister resorts on Medano Beach.

Everything was as pictured and listed! Beautiful Pueblo Sunset.

Big property but easy to get around as there options and all the staff is helpful. Some of us walked the hills the other rode the property shuttles. Food was 5 star everywhere. Pool, Japanese , Mexican,, room service too.

Jim was fantastic and the property was amazing!

Jim was great at getting us setup and registered at the resort. He also offered information and assistance with things to do and places to see. The property is enormous! Very beautiful place to stay. Make sure to also add on an all inclusive package as the normal prices for food are outrageous at this property. The all inclusive packages are well worth it. Be aware the packages start at noon on the first day you use it, and end at noon on the last day. Would highly recommend this location AND this room type! (These rooms are not available through the hotel and you need someone like Jim to give you the hookup!)

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is our favorite holiday getaway. It's secluded but close to vibrant Cabo San Lucas. The setting is breathtaking and there's so much to do in the area when you don't feel like just relaxing near the beach or pool or swim-up bar.
