Mauna Lani Terrace K202 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath upgraded condo only a short walk away from the beach! Located on the second floor (stairs, no elevator), the condo has great views of the Mauna Lani fishponds and gardens. The living room is airy and bright with upgraded furnishings, a television and DVD player. The master bedroom features a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The condo sleeps two. All guests are given access to the exclusive Beach Club, located only a beautiful 5-minute walk away.

**Guests of K202 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Membership valid through July 19, 2026, must be renewed annually by the property owner and may be discontinued without notice.

Casual Elegance on the Big Island

Well cared for and nicely appointed condo located in a beautiful, peaceful area overlooking the fish ponds and ocean and beautiful sunsets. We love the close proximity to the Beach Club. We liked to walk over, snorkel, sunbathe and have a nice lunch or dinner. Thank you!

Beautifully furnished, elegant and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The condo was exceptionally clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the views to the fishponds. Perfect location!

Loved condo K202! Enjoyed watching the fish jump in fishponds were just off the terrace, 5 minute walk to the beach club and several restaurants- felt like we never needed to leave the property!

So beautiful!

This property is easily the nicest we've ever stayed at. Looking out over the ponds in the morning & listening to the birds sing is amazing. Walking the beach (1 min away) followed by a swim in the ocean and wondering back through the senic ponds to our condo. Sunset view in the evening is breath taking! Best chill and relax ever! We will be back!

An excellent condo in a gorgeous setting. Great walking and strolling, nice beaches, and good (but pricey) dining options nearby. Lots to explore in the area and the weather was perfect

Beautiful condo!

We loved the condo on this property! It was updated, very nicely furnished and fully air conditioned. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the appliances and cooking utensils you could need. The complex itself had a great pool, was quiet and you couldn't ask for a better location. I worked out at at a gym that was just a mile away, so that was a bonus! We would definitely stay there again on any future trips to the Big Island.
