Great location with scenic views. Plenty of space and everything you could want from a vacation stay. 2 car garage for your vehicles is awesome. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for hosting a memorable family vacation.
The condo was clean and stocked with some basics for cooking (no salt, storage bags/foil/saran wrap). The pictures listed were accurate and provided a great place for our family to gather. Especially loved that the condo connected with the attached unit so we could easily visit family on the other side.
The floors, carpet and rugs were very dirty along with the bedding. Foul order in lower level.
Sheets and towels were clean.Kitchen, bathrooms living area were clean also.

We have confirmed what the guest said and sincerely regret this happened. When the weather turns cold overnight in October, field mice will sometimes try to enter homes and condo buildings for warmth, and occasionally one will expire inside. (Not an uncommon problem at 9000 feet elevation, but it only occurs in October). After this guest departed, we discovered that had happened in this property and immediately called an exterminator to resolve the problem.
Carpet--First, the main living area has hardwood floors, so this was an issue on the 1st floor only. The problem was due to a recent snow storm that resulted in the previous group tracking in mud; they left 6 hours before this guest's group arrived so no way to clean that quickly and have the carpet dry in time). That doesn't happen from November through March, since the ground will be frozen by then. We clean the carpet, rugs, and bedding three times a year (early Nov.--before the busy ski season begins; Feb.--midway through ski season, and May--prior to the beginning of the much shorter summer season. A service like carpet cleaning is extremely expensive in a resort area ($400 per clean in a townhome), so this amounts to about $1,200/year on carpets alone. The timing of this guest's stay in mid-October, before the early Nov. carpet/bedding fall cleaning and following a storm, really accounts for what happened. (We certainly would have done a full carpet clean in this situation had there been more than a 6 hour window.)
Good appliances but no instructions. Ice maker disconnected. Bedrooms on three level for some privacy. Limited dry foods stocked and nothing in refrigerator.

What a great stay
We had a wonderful time and being able to bring our dog made it even better. Not only were the rooms great, but the appliances, including the washer/dryer were top notch. Very quite, the building on the south side blocks road noice. Easy walk to the River Run village and a small convenient / liquor store next door.
The hot tub was okay, it had very high levels of chlorine in it, when you turn on the air bubbles, you would almost pass out (something to check before getting in).
Owners did a great job of leaving instructions and the place you pick up the key in Dillon were super nice. Kudos to Heather.

We're glad this guest enjoyed the town home so much. The comment about the chlorine smell from the hot tub caught our attention immediately, since having a private hot tub right outside is one of the features that distinguishes this property from 99% of the rental units in the ski area. That spa is checked every 3 days (when renters are present) by a professional maintenance service. Their records indicated that it had been unrented for 12 days prior to this group's arrival, yet the water quality when tested on the morning of arrival was very poor. Since the tub is also checked after the last group's departure, this is an indication that non-guests (usually teens) are using the tub without permission. In this situation the service can't drain and refill with fresh water, since it takes about a day for the water to heat back up to 104 degrees and this group wouldn't be able to use the tub upon arrival (it was only a 2 day rental). The only alternative was to "shock" the water with chlorine, which then produced the strong smell the guest mentioned. To prevent a recurrence of this problem, we have decided to install a LOCK on the tub's insulation cover. Now the hot tub service can unlock the cover when inspecting on the day of arrival, knowing that the water will not have been fouled between rentals.
Wonderful! Clean and cozy house for our family of 12! Pictures don’t capture enough. First floor has huge garage that fit our Pilot and MDX with room to open the trunks with the garage door shut. Huge entry with chairs, shelves, and plenty of hooks for all our ski stuff. There is also a bedroom with a bunk bed and unattached bathroom on this floor. Second floor has two bedrooms and unattached bathroom along with kitchen and living. Third floor had large master with large walk in closet that can accommodate a twin air mattress. I was worried about the views being behind a building but it’s low enough that you mainly see the slopes and skiers coming down the mountain. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed for family dinners. Short walk to the mountain house lodge or a short drive if you didn’t want to walk. Hot tub was perfect it was even serviced during our stay.
We rented both sides of this duplex for my daughter’s wedding at Arapahoe Basin. The setup of 4/3 adjoining duplexes and the location, directly across from River Run Village in Keystone, proved ideal for the weekend’s festivities of bride and groom party gatherings and post-wedding brunch for our guests. Both sides had classic mountain decor which added to the ambiance of the occasion. It was perfect for the special weekend!
The house looked just like the pictures and was beautifully decorated. What wasn't included in the description was how well appointed the kitchen was. It had everything we need plus more! It was like being in my kitchen at home which is unusual for a rental. But it made preparing meals for the our family during the stay stress free.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in the Keystone area.
Very well put together townhome and probably the best ever! Well maintained. Well stocked with supplies. One call for maintenance and they came within a couple hours. Two recommendations for owner. 1.Keep driveway ice free. Maybe owner that shares will split cost. Tried salt u had in garage but not much help after ice is already there. 2. Make checkin at townhome with lock box. Current key location was vey icy and difficult to find and park. I don’t usually write reviews but want u to know that I appreciate u putting effort into ur rental! It shows and makes a difference for a lot of people. We stayed in a Pensacola (high dollar) house that the owner was all about money and it degraded the experience for all!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Keystone. It worked extremely well for our family. Since everyone was working remotely, they were able to settle into various "work" spaces in the condo. The condo is located just across the street from the trails along the river, great for biking, running, and walking, and close to the gondola, which is worth taking to the top of the mountain for a picnic. The outdoor space, as noted by other lodgers, is lacking in appeal. The small deck on the front overlooks the parking lot of a strip mall. While the lot isn't busy, we did not find the deck a relaxing or visually appealing place to hang out. The outdoor space at the back of the condo, by the hot tub, was just a cement slab with a couple of chairs. If you're someone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area and do not care about being able to enjoy outdoor spaces at your lodging, then we highly recommend this condo.
We had two families- 8 people in all. We had plenty of room- loved the big dining room table! The beds were all comfortable, except for the bottom bunk, but we put one of the extra "futons" on the bed and that solved the problem! We explored Keystone and Breckenridge and while not a ton was open in Keystone, it just made it that much quieter for our stay! Plenty open in Dillon and Breck though, so no problem for dining in or take out. The condo does share a parking lot with the back of a strip mall but there wasn't any noise and the building is visible from the pictures shown here. Would stay again!

Not what it appears
Pictures don’t let you know you are across the hiway from the mountains. View from our deck was the back end of a strip mall. Was OK but would not stay again
Awesome COVID proof getaway! Didn’t know what the summer would look like for travel so booked this condo for what was a nice low stress, hiking filled few days. Very comfortable. Also got to see a black bear walking right down the street one night!
Could not ask for a more perfect spot for a family ski vacation. Centrally located to Copper Mt. and Keystone. Even though the Ski hills closed our last day...we had quality family time. The condo offered a well stocked kitchen as well as plenty of linens and towels.
Comfy “home away from home”!
Only complaint concerned the driveway...snow packed and icy.
