Temporary home in the Upper Bavarian Five Lake Country - We offer this idyllic holiday apartment with 40 square meters mi Terrace tup a plot of about 4,500 sqm in a fantastic location (nature reserve), near Lake Starnberg with views over fields and forests on Zugspitze and Alpine panorama, near the forest. 10 minutes walk to romantic heath (Maisinger Lake) - pure nature! The property - the "Sonnau" - is located 6 km outside of Starnberg. In Starnberg S-Bahn train connection is to Munich (30 minutes) and Tutzing. On the property there are two cottages and another house. The nearby Maisinger lake there is the opportunity for swimming, skating, curling, or eating in the restaurant (good bayer. Kitchen). In the nearby mountains and foothills of the possibility for hiking and climbing.


The Five-Lakes Region is the region between the Ammer and Lake Starnberg, which includes the five lakes Wessling Lake, Pilsensee, Wörthsee, Ammersee and Lake Starnberg.
The five lakes and their environment not only provides ideal conditions for long and extensive hiking and biking in the Starnberg Five-Lakes Region, also the bathing tourism in the region is a major factor. Many guests of a holiday home or apartment in the Starnberg Five-Lakes Region come to bathe at the Starnberg or rent a boat at one of the many boat rentals. The Lake Starnberg can be fully explored with cruises.
The beautiful city of Starnberg is located at the northern end of Lake Starnberg and is highly valued as an excursion and recreation. Rip off

Location beautiful, but the property is tiny for two people. No bedding provided and then overcharged. From time of arrival did not feel comfortable and felt we were being watched. Check in after 12 hour drive took forty minutes, but key things not shown. Do not use!!

Sehr abgeschieden, Fussweg zum Bus ca. 1 km, ruhig gelegen, gut zum ausspannen. Mit den Fahrrädern war es sehr schön die umliegenden Seen, Starnberger See und Ammersee z.B. gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus nach Starnberg, danach mit dem Zug nach München war auch kein Problem.

Es hat leider sehr viel geregnet in unserer Ferienzeit aber trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir waren viel in München und am Ende in der Natur, am See und den Bergen. In unserer Ferienwohnung haben wir und herrlich entspannen können und waren mitten in der Natur. Frau Erdle ist besonders freundlich und die Sonnau 10 besonders schön!

Klein maar fijn!

Appartement naast het woonhuis van de eigenaar. Niet groot, maar groot genoeg. Voor 2 personen perfect, 3 personen kan door een derde slaapplaats op de bank in het woonkamertje. Klein keukentje, maar wel met koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker, elektrisch fornuis met oven en vaatwasser. Douche met toilet, wastafel en douche boven het ligbad. Slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed en hang-/legkast. Centrale verwarming, tv met schotelantenne, kleine eethoek, terras met tuinmeubelen en bbq die je kunt gebruiken. Eigenaars zijn op leeftijd, maar zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Als er iets is, kun je altijd bij ze aankloppen, maar privacy is er zeker ook. Kleindochter helpt met de schoonmaak en zoon, die ook op het terrein woont, is de klusjesman en tuinman. Parkeren op eigen terrein is mogelijk. Wifi aanwezig en werkt goed. Het terrein ligt midden in een natuurgebeid en is heerlijk rustig. Aan de rand van het natuurgebeid ligt een militaire kazerne wat een goed oriëntatiepunt is, aangezien navigatie het laatste stukje niet goed aangeeft. Beide kanten op in het volgende dorp zijn voldoende winkels tankstations.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert! Kommunikation sehr wirr bis teils gar nicht. Die Wohnung habe ich für meine Mutter mit ihren 2 Hunden gebucht, die mich in Bayern besuchen wollten, was ich in meiner Anfragen Email auch so schilderte und während unserer Telefonate auch so schilderte. Die Vermieterin schien jedoch in dem Glauben, dass ich in die Wohnung einziehen wollte. Bei Anreise wurde meiner Mutter unterstellt, dass die Hunde nicht angemeldet worden wären. Zudem wurde gedrängt, dass die Nebenkosten bezahlt werden müssen. Leider ist uns bei der Buchung ein Fehler unterlaufen und wir buchten eine Woche länger, als eigentlich gedacht. Auf die Nachfrage per SMS, ob sie uns eventuell mit den Kosten entgegenkommen würde, kam keine Antwort. Ein "Nein" wäre ja auch völlig in Ordnung gewesen. Zu der Wohnung: - Leider fehlte es an Sauberkeit: Kaffemaschine dreckig, Kühlschrank dreckig und säuerlicher Geruch, Siphon im Badezimmer mit Haaren verstopft,in den Ecken Dreck, keine Putzutensilien, erst auf Nachfrage, draußen im Bereich der Terasse überall Spinnenweben - kein Licht auf der Terasse,im Hof spärlich Licht- keine Infos über Müllentsorgung- Lärmbelästigung Karfreitag, durch Haushaltshilfe in der Wohnung der Vermieterin - kein Seeblick, wie beschrieben- 3 Tage vor Abreise klingelt Vermieterin zum auschecken morgens dies 2 Tage hintereinander

Empfehlenswert

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und man konnte bei Fragen zu ihr kommen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, mir dem Auto erreicht man verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Perfekt zum Entspannen.

Bon plan, peu onéreux et vraiment sympa

C'est un bon endroit, placé non loin d'un lac avec une auberge. Proprio très sympa et cultivée. C'est un peu petit pour 3 mais ce n'est pas l'idée que d'y passer sa semaine. Seul bémol: il y a des frais d'électricité et d'eau chaude non mentionnés dans "Détails des frais" mais dans une autre section et encore fait-il cliquer sur un lien (environ 6€ /pax / nuit). Mais cela reste très abordable et l'endroit est super plaisant. Elfried loue une autre maison plus grande apparemment, voir avec elle.

Wunderbar

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Hund) waren dies Jahr schon das 2. Mal da. Einfach weil es so schön ist. Ruhe satt, eine kleine aber feine Wohnung. Frau Ertle die Vermieterin ist einfach super nett. Wunderschöne Landschaft, Rehe fast direkt am Haus, Ausflugsziele gibt es ohne Ende. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Lage, nette Betreuung

Eine nette kleine Ferienwohnung in traumhaft schöner Lage und Umgebung. Sehr idyllisch, herrlich ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für lange Spaziergänge auch um den nahen kleinen See und zu vielen anderen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Man hat genügend Platz . Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und Hund dort. Alles was man braucht ist da, und wenn etwas fehlt steht die nette Vermieterin zur Verfügung. Es war sehr gemütlich und unkompliziert.

Traumhaft schöne Umgebung, idyllisch, herrlich ruhig, ganz nahe an der Natur und in so idealer Lage, daß man ein Vielzahl von Freizeit-und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten geradezu "vor der Haustüre" hat. Das auf einem imposanten Grundstück gelegene Anwesen mit ganz besonderem Flair strahlt vom ersten Augenblick an Behaglichkeit aus und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Feriendomizil selbst läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist gemütlich, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt, blitzsauber und durchweg mit allem was man braucht sehr gut ausgestattet....kurzum perfekt!! Nicht zu vergessen: die sympathische, zuvorkommende und warmherzige Betreuung durch die Vermieterin! Wir sind begeistert und kommen wieder!!...Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert...." Christa und Jürgen
