This beautiful custom home is located in one of South Lake Tahoe's most desirable neighborhoods! Just 1/2 block to spectacular Lake Tahoe and Regan Beach and 2 blocks to The Meadow of South Lake Tahoe The home is among parks, beaches, hiking trails, biking trails, kayaking, beach volleyball, a kids play area, and boating, to name a few. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Minutes to the casinos, Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, gondola, grocery stores, banks, Lake Tahoe Recreation Center, and boutiques. Enjoy a variety of dining options, from world-class restaurants to one of the many pubs or pizza establishments nearby.

Very close to the Heavenly Bus Route. If you don't want to rent a car, you can easily get around by cab, walk, or bike ride. Emerald Bay and Camp Richardson are nearby.

Recently remodeled, with hardwood floors throughout all living areas and bedrooms. Remodeled baths include a jetted tub in the primary bath. Stone flooring in the entrance way and baths. Gorgeous stone fireplace to cozy up to after a day of skiing or biking. The kitchen is complete with all the amenities you would have at home. Cooking Christmas dinner? We have you covered! Top-of-the-line mattresses, linens, and towels. Tastefully decorated, yet comfortable to relax and enjoy!

When not enjoying the great outdoors, there is plenty to do at the cabin. The living room has a 55 " LED HD TV, a soundbar, local channels and movie channels,, DVD player (over 70 DVD's to choose from!). The upstairs loft area has a 40" LED HD TV and X-box. High Speed, WiFi N-AC. Board games for children and adults; additional T.V.s in bedrooms

Home has no air conditioning. On warm days open the windows at night close in the morning.
Must sign a "Good neighbor" contract via Docusign prior to your vacation. This is mandated by the city of South Lake Tahoe

Beautiful cabin, just as described. The location is great and it had everything we needed. We were three families and the size of the cabin was perfect for our big group. Our host were friendly and responded right away. We hope to go back in the near future.

Loved this place!

We took our visiting family up here for the the weekend on their three week long trip to the US and this cabin was the highlight of their whole trip. Perfect walking distance to the lake, close enough to casinos, stores, and skiing! The owners take every care to make sure the place is accommodating and awesome! We will be back for sure!

Very comfortable home in a great location.

We had the best time at Rich and Gail's! The home was spacious and comfortable and decorated so nicely. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get out of them in the mornings! The layout was great for our group and the location is so close to the beach. The kids were entertained by all the games and loved using the jacuzzi. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come again soon!

Always a great time at this cabin!

This was our second stay at this wonderful cabin and we can’t wait to stay here again this summer! We are a family of five with three young boys and the lay out is perfect. A family of four joined us for two days during our stay and there was more than enough room. It’s spotless, the location is perfect and the hot tub is great after a long day on the slopes or at the beach. Great restaurants nearby and South Lake has so many things to do! Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely wonderful home!

This home is cozy and perfect! Impeccably clean, very comfortable beds/pillows, fully stocked kitchen, incredible location and receptive and nice owners. We have three young boys and there were plenty of games, a crib, stroller, kiddy cups/plates and even a spa outside to relax in before bed. We loved this home so much that we stayed an extra day!

very nice and close to the lake

the cabin was very nice and clean. plenty of house amenities (towels, pots, pans, plates etc.) loved how close it was to the lake. will definitely be back. the only tiniest negative I have was that the upstairs bunk beds were not very comfortable, otherwise, overall I highly recommend this cabin. when needed to contact owner she was always available and friendly.

Great week

My family and I had a wonderful time. From the children in our group ages 2-5 to all the adults we all enjoyed ourselves. The home was clean and spacious and centrally located and near many stores and state line . Gail was quick to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend the home to others.

Great location

The house was just as pictured. Very close to the lake. When we got there-the house was unlocked and all the windows were open. I don’t know if this was intentional or not. The house was clean-but the floors were very dusty, as was the furniture. This may have been because the windows were left open. Gail was very pleasant to deal with.

Great stay by the water

Was such a fun place to get together. A very short walk to the lake. And a short drive to casinos. This property is a great location. Didn’t receive check in information and the owners were super quick to help out and were in communication anytime we needed something. The only complaint is there were some cobwebs that I felt could have been cleaned a little better but other than that this was an amazing stay. Had plenty of games and dvds! Highly recommend this place.

Family Christmas Tahoe teip

The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of bedroons and a nice family room. Also the hot tub was amazing especially since it was located right on the back deck, easy access. Alao, the location was perfect, right next to the Lake. We walked to the Lake and were able to stroll along the bank and enjoy the view. Near all the amenities (grocery, Starbucks, shopping and Heavenly). Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Thanksgiving trip.

We rented this property for a Thanksgiving get away with our small family. Everything was just as described, all the amenities and even more. The kitchen has everything you need(probably even more than I have at home). The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Loved sitting in the hot tub in the evening and the walk to the lake was perfect. The house was very clean even though the cleaner was a little late in having us come in due to previous guests leaving the house a mess, she did an amazing job. I brought cleaning supplies and didn’t have to use them at all. We definitely need want to come back.

Very nice home

We had a great time until smoke from the fires made us cut our trip short. I would recommend this house for large or small groups. It is a very nice location about a block from the lake.

Family Tahoe getaway

Easy walk to extremely small beach area, possibly due to high water levels, but worked well for our grandchildren. Also close to needed shopping/groceries etc. Supplied with some beach chairs and a high chair, stroller and pack and play which was very helpful. Backyard was basically dirt so dusty and got tracked into house easily and wood floor left our feet black. Area has tight noise limits starting at 10pm which made use of the hot tub and fire table, both nice amenities, challenging for our family who would have liked to be outside much later after finally getting the children to sleep. Unclear how you would seat 12 people as stated around the dining room table, but there were three seats at kitchen counter and sometime we ate in shifts or outside. Friendly neighbors, but unfortunately some sort of large group in cars took over the park area on two evenings and had to be chased off by the police. Owner very responsive when called about ceiling lighting not working in living room, broken garbage disposal and low propane for grill and fire table. Sent someone over to handle. Unfortunately lighting could not be fixed during our visit and living room was fairly dark even with lamps. Overall visit was enjoyable and home worked for our family.
