Absolutely new furnished cozy apartment in Villa Bayview with pool

The romantic, newly furnished apartment is located on a hill in the newly built Villa Bayview with a wonderful view of the sea and green surroundings.
It is air-conditioned with modern furnishings and consists of a bedroom with a French bed for 2 adults and a bedroom with single beds for 2 people
and living room with kitchen with sofa bed for 2 children or 1 adult. Toilet is modern with shower and the balcony has enough space for 4 +1 people where you can switch off and relax in addition to the wonderful sea view. Through the ground floor you reach the very beautiful garden area with swimming pool where you have enough deck chairs and seating.
In the apartment air conditioning, TV-SAT, radio / CD, hands-free system, security door.
Everything in one place pool, enough parking spaces, use of the garden.

Excellent location for rest, relaxation, AND exploration!!

Our stay at Bayview was amazing. We were nestled in a quaint village outside of historical old town- away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough (only 5 minute drive) if we wanted to go for endless food options. We could see old town and had a stunning water view from the balcony. At sunset- we were able to get many pictures that will likely be framed and hung on our walls. Although we ventured to Old Town everyday for tours, etc- we also walked down our hill for coffee, breakfast, and beach access. The market was also at the bottom of our hill and provided convenience for everyday items. Plenty of parking for your car, and plenty of spots by the pool to lounge in the sunshine. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Sehr abgelegen und veraltete

Das Apartment ist leider aber veraltetet, viele Dinge sind kaputt und es nicht sauber. Was fehlte wurde allerdings sofort gebracht. Die Lage ist sehr schlecht, zwar Luftlinie nah zum Strand, aber man muss einen Berg laufen, welcher es wirklich in sich hat. Die Strände vor Ort sind auch nicht empfehlenswert.

The information is deceiving

The apartment is on a very steep hill impossible to walk up not as the photo shows. Had bad Wi-Fi. The apartment has only one AC n the living room.The rooms were hot. No soap and toilet paper

Sauberkeit und Zustand

Viele Gegenstände waren beschädigt. Die Klimaanlage hängt über Steckdosen die aus der Wand rausschauen, die Klimaanlage verliert Wasser welches auf die kaputten Steckdosen tropft. Betten waren kaputt, Lattenrost gebrochen. Schranktür ist rausgefallen,Lampen kaputt. Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig. Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig, kein Sicherheitsventil am Wasser Boiler, Staubsauger geklebt. Auch die Lampen im Apartment waren voller toter fliegen und Motten. Geschirr war nicht sauber, Bettlaken hatten Flecken. Türstopper hinter der Eingangstür aus dem Boden gerissen. Backofen nicht sauber.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views

This apartment is in a great location. Not far from Split airport and the centre of Trogir. The apartment itself was well equipped and clean and the views are simply stunning. The hill to the apartment is quite a challenge but it's all worth it and great exercise 😊. There is a supermarket and the beach within a few minutes. U can also get a boat to Trogir which is 20 kuna, very reasonable but we also walked it one day. U can find many beaches and restaurants within walking distance which is great. Hire and car and view the island of Ciovo, especially Laguna beach club. Thanks Miro and Nadia for a fantastic stay, we will recommend yr apartment to our friends who r thinking of visiting.
