License #106808 - Looking for the perfect gateway? Legacy Villas at La Quinta offers something for everyone. Nestled into the Santa Rosa Mountains, and surrounded by spectacular scenery, the private gated community of Legacy Villas offers a luxurious, serene and relaxing resort experience.

Central to the 5 star resort experience is the 11,000 sq foot Clubhouse. Clubhouse amenities include: the fitness facility, indoor great room, hammock garden, outdoor fireplaces and seating areas, adult pool and spa, as well as the Main Pool and spa with poolside cabanas and the children’s play area. The experience only gets better, as you stroll through the grounds you will find yourself surrounded by majestic mountain views, beautifully landscaped paseos and cascading fountains. Make sure to take the time to find one of the other nine satellite pools that are thoughtfully placed throughout the complex.

The Premium location of our luxury townhome provides the ultimate in privacy and stunning views. The townhome features 2 outdoor living spaces including a main level patio with a lounge and dining area and a second floor deck with another lounge area to unwind. Inside you will find our townhome to be exceptionally well appointed. The 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home features an open layout with a living room, dining room, eating bar and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a gas range, built-in microwave and comes stocked with plenty of kitchen accessories for the avid chef. The bright living area includes a 52 inch flat screen TV, and Bose IPod station, and the sofa and love seat provide comfortable seating for larger groups. There are 2 king master suites, with ceiling fans, luxurious bedding, and large ensuites. The third bedroom features a twin bed and a full bed with an ensuite. For the convenience of our guests we offer free local and long distance within the United States and Canada as well as wireless internet.
Whether your vacation is about romance, family time, or golf, Legacy Villas' proximity to local attractions within the Palm Springs area is excellent. Within minutes of the resort there are numerous world class golf courses such as PGA West, and unique restaurants and shopping at Old Town La Quinta, or take a short drive and visit El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of Palm Springs, or the Premium Outlet shopping in Cabazon.

Great location -definitely would stay again

I just realized I didn’t review this stay and definitely wanted to. We were there for Mother’s Day weekend. The owners were fabulous with communication and very helpful with tips. The house was very clean and great for a group of friends or family with kids. The back patio was private and relaxing. Located just doors down from one of the many pools on the property. We walked around in the evenings. We all said we would definitely rent this home again. Thank you for the lovely visit and I apologize for being so late in writing my review!

This is by far the most well equipped rental we have stayed in. There is everything you could ask for and more! The location within the Legacy Villas is excellent. So private with the mountain directly behind you and a pool just steps away. The golf cart was fantastic for going to the main pool every day. Communication was excellent. We will be back!

Girls wkd for Indian Wells

Our stay for 4 women was perfect. We cooked in for one night. Enjoyed the golf cart to the pool. The location was perfect for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Hope to stay here again.

Great Family get away!!

We had a really good time, The property was clean and well kept. The were a lot of extra amenities. having 4 bathrooms was a plus. There was also 7 bikes and a golf cart and some family games in addition to a few pools on the property.

We had a great time staying at this property. Checking in was really simple and once we entered the home it was easy to notice how clean and well kept it was. We felt very welcomed and all the informational guides provided were very helpful. Communication with the host was very easy and they did a great job at responding in a timely manner. My husband and I traveled with our adult daughter, her husband and their 4 year old daughter. The unit provided complete privacy for both families (one upstairs and one downstairs) while the common areas were spacious, well equipped (much nicer than my own kitchen ware) and all amenities one would need. There are pools very close by and the availability of the golf cart made going to the main pool for kids a breeze. The unit is nicely situated providing privacy and quiet. The entire complex of Legacy Village is beautiful and well maintained. We’ll be back!

This is the best VRBO property we have stayed in. So well equipped from the kitchen, to the golf cart, to the bikes, to the pool toys, to the towels, etc. The home was very clean (we’re clean freaks). The master bed was very comfortable along with the linens and pillows. The communication from Kari was terrific. She goes out of her way to make sure your stay is great. Highly recommend. The pictures don’t do it justice. Excellent location in Legacy. Very peaceful right next to the mountains.

Wonderful quiet place to relax

Palm Tree Escapes in Legacy Villas is truly a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing retreat. The location is great for getting out and exploring but secluded for peace and quiet when you want it. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need and then some. The owner is pleasant to work with and gives you all the information you need before you get there. She also has lots of recommendations on things to do and restaurants to visit. I highly recommend staying in Palm Tree Escapes.

My kids and I stayed her for 4 days and 3 nights and we all loved the home as well as the property.
