Best rental we have ever stayed at. Mollye, the manager, was terrific and very professional. The apartment is beautiful and you cannot beat the view. Close to walking everywhere in Waikiki. We had a wonderful month and plan on returning!

Wonderful experience

This condo is fully outfitted with anything you might possibly need for whatever activities your stay in Honolulu might include. The decor is lovely and the view is outstanding. I really enjoyed watching the sea turtles swimming just offshore from my windows and had a perfect view of the incredible sunsets every evening. Mollye, the property manager, was extremely responsive if I had any questions.

Luv the view

This adult condo was beautifully decorated and stocked well with everything needed for a 30 day stay. It was super comfortable and perfect location on the beach. I can't say enough of about this place and the Manager, Mollye. I stayed 6 weeks and it was not enough. I have stayed in a lot of condos in different venues and this was the best!. Easy walk to Waikiki but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of parks and beaches on the Gold Coast. Quiet with the exception of waves. Views of whales, turtles, monk seals, paddlers, sailboats, Friday night fireworks and the best sunsets in the world. I loved my end of day wine and sunsets. So many activities at your fingertips. No pool but the ocean is your pool. No gym but the park and walkways offer plenty of exercise. Recommend highly for stays over 30 days. I would not recommend renters with little kids though as the windows are wide open and the condo sits on the 18th floor. You can't go wrong with this place otherwise.

Beach front condo with a million dollars view!!

This condo is located in a quiet area that is within walking distance from Waikiki. It has a magnificent view of the ocean as well as the view of Waikiki. It is a first rate vacation rental and very well maintained. Parking is provided!

Very spacious, perfectly located, famous Colony Surf giant windows looking out over a truly amazing panoramic view of surfing, canoeing, swimming and scuba diving on miles of colorful, gorgeous Hawaiian reefs.

Best remote work place

An ideal place to work from home. I was able to relax and concentrate on my work while feeling the natural sea breeze and sounds. Every day, I was able to see turtles, seals, and a pup of the seal. Walking and jogging around the diamond head was really enjoyable. I would like to come back again.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The view bests the top oceanfront suites in the best luxury hotels at a fraction of the price. We loved seeing monk seals, turtles, and whales every day, waited every evening for the spectacular sunsets, and were lulled to sleep every night by the sound of the ocean. The apartment is impeccable, with excellent but unfussy appliances, nice amenities, and plenty of space, Mollye, the property manager, is responsive and pleasant. We can't think of anything that we would have changed and are counting the days until we can return.

Of all of the Hawaiian Islands we've visited, this location and building really stands out as the best. Semi-private, uncrowded, beach with safe swimming, surfing & diving areas right there. Jogging/running/biking paths around the 300 acre Kapiolani Park is at your front door. Restaurants, entertainment, social activities, excercising or just winding down, your choice!
