Good stay at a good price

Booked this VRBO for a week long stay in Exmouth. The location is well placed close by a nice park and a shopping center with restaurants and grocery stores. Check in was fairly easy and the room was clean. It had what we needed for our vacation.

Great short stay

Initially the site does not share the potential but once inside. the accommodation has everything needed, well located and comfortable and spacious. I would not hesitate in staying here again.

This was our first stay in Exmouth as a family. The Villa was perfect for what we needed. Self contained with all cooking gear we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside. Check in directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Local shops are a 5 minute walk down the road with coffee shops. Iga and the local pub with some retailers. The location is perfect. The property doesn’t have a pool but the local community pool is right next door

Laundry basket broken. One bedside light not working. Chopping knife tip broken, couldn’t use the iron, even after I tried to clean it. Frypan un useable on stove as base was bugged and so wouldn’t heat. No felt in ironing board - left the metal base marks on clothes. The shower was very mouldy/uncleaned and had a leak underneath onto the bathroom floor. Kitchen table fair from adequate for the unit. Overall was extremely poor value for the exorbitant price we paid. Wouldn’t recommend that unit to anyone.
