New Tastefully Remodeled Direct Gulf Front 1BR/BA Paradise - Very Clean

Spacious 850 sq ft. newly remodeled 1 BR/1BA (sleeps 4) condo direct gulf front (no angles or obstructions). The condo is an end unit which includes one balcony with a direct Gulf front view and another balcony off the bedroom with additional Gulf views. There are 3 large windows in the condo that all provide a picturesque view of the Gulf. The condo also has a second balcony off the bedroom. Our condo is located just south of Clearwater Beach. Indian Rocks Beach is routinely cleaned to perfection.

The bedroom has a brand new king bed and linens. There are additional items for your comfort which include a 32 inch tv, ceiling fan, many drawers and closet space for your personal items. The living room also has a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 additional guests. Every window in the condo provides a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked to make your perfect meal. The bathroom shower is beautifully tiled. There are HE front load washer and dryer available for you to use in the condo. Free high-speed wireless internet, HD cable tv, and long distance calls including Canada. There is a 55" flat screen tv, movies, and books. The designated parking is located next to the steps and close to the elevator. The unit is on the third floor. We provide beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and toys for your use.

Shared amenities include one elevator, gas grill, picnic tables, lounge chairs, a pool, and shopping carts. The Jake's Cantina and PJ's restaurant is directly across the street. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Island Surf Shop is 0.3 miles away for rental items - bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Enjoy sunsets on the balcony while relaxing on the swings as the dolphins swim past.

The closest airports are Tampa International (TPA) or Clearwater / St. Pete (PIE). Disney and Legoland are 90 minutes away.

Do yourself a favor and just book this now. The owners are awesome. Communication is excellent. Location is amazing. The ONLY complaint I have is that NO OTHER VACATION compares to this one!!! Love it here.

Wonderful condo!!! Lots of beach towels and kitchen had lots of extra pots, pans and spices etc. Fantastic beach front location within walking distance to restaurants. Elevator is definitely a plus! Loved the pool. We will definitely book this condo in the future!

Great space in a great area, the two swings on the balcony took it over the top for us! Lazy day on the balcony in swings watching the surf! Owners have great communication! Tons of amenities!

Fabulous! The Gulf view, sunsets, the sound of waves tumbling onto the beach, pelicans, sea gulls, sandpipers, dolphins, and 2 porch swings created a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Additionally, the condo was nicely decorated, clean, and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Property is just as advertised. Very clean, very well maintained and very well equipped. The communication with Patricia and Jean was excellent. Only downside was that the pool was not heated. I hope the association decides to make it a heated pool.

Best and most beautiful Condo Experience!

We've traveled alot and stayed at many nice places but this condo exceeded all expectations. The owner met us when we arrived and showed us around. She was very helpful, nice, and easy to talk to. Assembled a very nice Condo Binder for Rules, and Recommendations for Restaurants, maps, and "Things to do", etc. This unit has beautiful decor, Gulf- Front Balcony, Kitchen, and Bathroom/Laundry has all the amenities needed for guest convenience. Kitchen was fully stocked with great pots and pans, dishes and baking supplies. Filtered water/ice in the Fridge Door was a nice touch. Beach towels, sand augur/umbrella, and chairs were provided. We would love to come back every year. Highly recommend.

Cute, Fun, Wonderful!

This condo is beyond adorable and clean and comfy. We were able to spend 2 weeks attending day camps at the nearby Clearwater Marine Aquarium, visiting family members and most importantly playing at the beach! The location is super convenient and the sand being mere steps away is heavenly.

We had an excellent, relaxing, stress free vacation. The unit's decor is very modern, comfy and aesthetically pleasing. All rooms were very clean, neat, well equipped and comfortable, with all the modern amenities one needs. The views of the ocean were heavenly. The building, property and pool were very clean, tidy, well maintained and well equipped. A special salute to our hosts, who were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to our every need. We were treated as family. We would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful condo on the Indian Rocks beach

My husband and I spent two weeks in this 1 bedroom condo. It was very spacious for the two of us. The condo building was very quiet with mostly elderly couples and families renting other units. Patricia was very responsive and communicated with us via text when we had questions. Loved the beach which was steps from the condo. The beach view from the balcony is to die for. We were lucky to even spot a couple of dolphins in the ocean.. right from the balcony!! The condo itself is well maintained, clean and safe. Will come back if we are back here again!

Spent a wonderful two weeks right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Spotted dolphins on two occasions. Condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream shop and CVS. Recommend highly!!

Relaxing Stay on the Gulf

My wife and I often travel to the Largo/Clearwater area to visit family and enjoy some relaxation time at the beach. This property was by far the best rental we have enjoyed in over 10+ visits to the area in recent years. The spotlessly clean unit features a stunning view of the gulf and all the amenities necessary to use the condo as a home base for an extended visit. Walk out access to the Indian Rocks Beach and a generous complement of chairs/towels/umbrellas made it unecessary to bring any beach toys on our trip. We utilized the gas grill in the pool area which is a high end Weber BBQ in good condition and available for use on the several nights we chose to cook at home. Communication with the property manager was always prompt and she was able to accomodate some special needs we had during our visit. Lastly the property is centrally located in Indian Rocks within walking distance of bars, restaurants and local shops. Overall, an excellent experience, highly recommended!
