The newly refreshed 1900 sq. ft. space can accommodate a crowd very comfortably. Enter into a heated mud room with a door that keeps the cold out of the main living space. It has space for all the gear. The mud room leads to an open first floor with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with a half bath. There is a wonderful fireplace to warm everyone up. The back door opens to a covered patio which is only steps from Kearsarge Brook. The second floor has the master bedroom with an ensuite with double sinks and a jetted bathtub. At the opposite end of the hall is the second bedroom with two full-size beds and a full bath outside. This floor also has a 4ft. wide ladder leading to a large loft area with 1 full and 4 twin beds and a 55" TV for movies and video games that both kids and adults alike will absolutely love! This condo is also great for 2 families or an extended family vacationing together. Cable and Wi-Fi! Great tax-free outlet shopping is available a few minutes away. North Conway Scenic Railway and the village with restaurants, boutique shopping, and of course ZEBS are all within a mile! This CONDO IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for both those who like to be in a secluded area or be right in the middle of the action. IT IS AVAILABLE FOR A SEASONAL OR LONG-TERM RENTAL. See the Location tab for an additional list of activities in the area for all seasons. Towels and Linens are provided for min. night rentals only.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION and the open layout are the reasons we loved this condo . We had been looking for the perfect property for quite sometime with a couple of must have(s)... that both the skiers and non skiers alike in our family agreed upon. In the winter/ski season, it had to be walking distance to the lifts. The skiers for the obvious reasons of getting to the lifts without packing the vehicle and being able to come back if they needed to rest instead trying to find a comfortable spot in the lodge. The non skiers (mom) agreed on this as well because, as most vacationers, we travel to North Conway in one vehicle, and did not want to be stuck in the lodge while the family was skiing. It is perfect for the non skiers to go outlet shopping or down to the village without getting that phone call for a ride back to the condo/house. In the summertime, everyone agreed that our vacation home needed to be within walking distance to the village and had to at least have a pool. After searching for a long time, we all unanimously agree that we found the perfect vacation home for memory making. We hope you make some great memories in the condo and the area as well. It has been recently refreshed.
