A suprise
We booked this property for our final leg of a road trip around New England. It was exceptionally attractive and we looked forward to staying. Upon arrival at 4pm, the cleaners had only Judy arrived at the property to clean it. This was after travelling 4 hours. We had to wait a further hour whilst they cleaned the house to an ok standard. Not all bathrooms were clean. When we left the house we told the owner we couldn't put all the rubbish in his bins as they'd been locked in the garage. Padlocks away and the code wouldn't unlock it. We then got an email from the owner telling us how bad we'd left the property. We left empty glasses in the pool room and a pile of dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom.. they've now deducted $250 from our security deposit. No problem. But don't advertise your property out for silly money and not then not let clients check in when they are supposed to. Then send an email with pictures moaning your house was left with some dirty glasse and towels. We paid for you to clean it. Don't be an 🍑
