This modern well insulated/double glazed home is north facing – catching all day sun and expansive views to Mt Dobson. A log fire ensures cosy winter warmth and double doors open onto a sun-drenched terrace and rear garden for that late afternoon drink or reading spot. Spacious living areas flow from the well equipped kitchen/walk in pantry to open plan dining and the lounge.
Located on the edge of town, it is a 5 minute walk to Fairlie town centre with its cafes, shopping area and the world famous ‘pie shop'.

A golf course, river walk & children’s playground are close by.

Fairlie is an ideal base to explore the McKenzie Country…
