Family Vacation

My family and I had a fantastic vacation! This was the perfect location and being right off the beach was great for the little ones. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The owners thought of everything for their guests with fans and TVs in every room and beach chairs/supplies. We will definitely be coming back.

Great location

What a great unit. We’ve been coming to ocean city for 3 years now and have been trying out different units. This one checked all the boxes: great outdoor space, easy beach access, living room and dining rooms that can accommodate all guests. Really a great find in central/north ocean city.

Beautiful beach oasis

Summer House 8 is a beautifully updated townhome with all of the bells and whistles. It’s ocean front with 3 balconies and gorgeous views (the lower balcony even has an outdoor shower). It’s obvious that everything in the home is new from the kitchen supplies to the furnishings. The owner(s) definitely used a professional decorator as all of the furniture and accessories has a beachy theme and the design flows beautifully from room to room. Everything is light, bright, and airy. My husband and I stayed here for a week with our two children, ages 10 and 4. There was plenty of space for an additional family to have stayed here as well. The unit is close to grocery stores, coffee places, and tons of restaurants/bars. We come to either Ocean City or Bethany each year and Summer House 8 is, without a doubt, the newest and nicest place we have stayed at in a really long time. We will definitely return next summer!
