Beautiful three level end unit townhouse just steps away from the water. Private subdivision in a great lake location; deep, clear, pristine water! This lovely townhouse can sleep up to 6 people. Two bedrooms on upper level with full bath. Master bedroom has private deck overlooking cove. Features 4 TV's. Full size washer and dryer. The main level is fantastic for entertaining. Two sliders open onto deck. Xfinity Internet.

My husband and I reside in the Northern Virginia area. We have three children. My husband has lived in Virginia all his life. I was a military child and moved every 2-3 years. We love SML (Smith Mountain Lake) for its beauty of blue water and scenic mountains. My children love when the ice cream boat visits. We have built many memories here.
What makes this property unique
This townhouse is located on a quiet cove perfect for swimming and fishing. Close proximity to the dam. Three levels of comfort provide privacy and space. It is away from the busy part of the lake. Mitchell's Marina is in walking distance and is the perfect place to see the the sunset and enjoy a cocktail. The marina also rents out pontoon boats, as well as tubes and Kayaks.
