We loved our stay in Portland. Jason was very responsive and provided us with excellent restaurants with great atmosphere and seafood. One huge plus about this location is the side driveway for parking your car! The unit was very spacious and was perfect for our girls get away!

This property was very pleasant. As others have described, it was an easy walk to the Old Port for shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and the check-in process was excellent. Others should be aware, however, that the three bedrooms are upstairs and there is only one very small bathroom in the house, which is downstairs. The staircase is steep. My only suggestion to the owner is that he provide wall mirrors in the three upstairs bedrooms. The only mirror in the house is downstairs in the very small bathroom, which makes getting ready a little more difficult. Parking space is a plus. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Easily walkable.

The condo was clean. The entrance is on the side, which we found after trying the front door. Be aware that the floor is not even, and slopes a bit. Also there is no bathroom on the second floor where the bedrooms are located, but that was not a problem for us.

It was what we were looking for- in Portland, with a parking spot. Some nice restaurants nearby- walking distance! Note the bathroom is on the first floor, bedrooms are on second. Modest but had everything we needed! What we were disappointed in was we had no idea how many museums and local attractions in a city are closed till the end of April or May!

Central and convenient

Location could not have been better or easier to walk into downtown at night for dinner and drinks. Corner lot with private parking was great and plenty of seating and space for my wife, my daughter and me to be comfortable hanging out and working from here during the day. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Old but clean and cozy home. The one bathroom situation takes some coordinating 😉 Beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great place for our Portland “home base” for our week-long Maine trip!!

Comfortable stay in Portland

Great and spacious place with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. Location was close to downtown and within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants on Congress St. The off street parking spot was super convenient. Jason was a very responsive host.
