One Ski Hill Place (#8218) is a slope side resort operating year round at the base of Peak 8 just steps from Breck’s famous ski runs. The BreckConnect gondola whisks you into town or to the adjoining ski slopes. Peak 8 accesses Green, Blue and Black runs. This is a luxury property of Breckenridge and the experience all encompassing. My husband and I also own three other BreckCondoWithAView condos at The Village at Breckenridge (#3706) complex and Trails End complex (#408 & #406). We also rent the One Ski Hill Place #8218 2 bedroom/2bath condo across the wall making it ideal for larger families or friends traveling together.

Impeccable finishes & furnishings throughout: hardwood floors, granite counters and stainless steel Bosch appliances.

Condo Access: Guests may go directly to the property. Lock Box code is on the door and code is texted the day prior

One Ski Hill Place is a mere 5 minute drive from the Town of Breckenridge allowing for the the best of both a ski village and a ski town.

Because you are renting directly through us and not the resort you do NOT have to pay the 13% Resort Fee. You still have access to all the amenities with the exception of Room Service or charging items to your room. Please keep in mind that our management company will be your "Front Desk" .

There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance issues, locked out, etc) they will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 7 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $91 (this will be added after booking). If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $91. Please let us know ahead of time.

Seasonal Closures- Aquatics Center (annually for few days for maintenance)

We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle and the local grocery store to receive discounts and guests will receive information in the Booking Packet that is emailed.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped with all the listed amenities. Having two full bathrooms made it especially convenient, and the ski-in/ski-out access couldn’t have been better. The ski valet service was a huge bonus — we loved being able to drop off our skis at the end of the day and pick them up the next morning right at the base of the slopes. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing and seamless ski getaway and birthday weekend.

Great location. At base of peak 8 lift! Quick shuttle to main street. Off season so restaurant did not open for breakfast, but we had the hotel massive hot tub to ourselves overlooking the slopes. Highly recommended.

Access to the slopes was great . Locker room was easy. No problem with parking except we took the ticket out while packing to leave so we could put it in the room and we had late check out so we got a warning put on our Car ( looked like a ticket but it wasn’t. The condo was very comfortable and had all the needed supplies and kitchen utensils. The property is incredible for skiers and location couldn’t be better. The ski valet was service was amazing and now we are spoiled.

Spacious, well maintained two bedroom condo in a very nice building. Unit is equipped with all kitchen utensils and appliances, including a washer/dryer. Easily accessible secure garage parking with convenient luggage carts near the elevators. While this condo probably sees quite a bit of activity during the season, the unit doesn’t show a lot of wear. Large semi-covered patio offers good mountain views. Available amenities include a restaurant (although closed during our stay), lounge, movie room, and bowling alley. Good location up Ski Hill Road on local bus route.

Amazing Spot

This was an absolute perfect spot for my family. Our kids are 7 and 4 and ski in/out was important to us. The condo itself offered enough space. Steps from the gondola offered us a quick trip into town for dinner each night. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to return.

Location, location, location! Our family of four (kids 9 and 5) made the trek from the East Coast to Breck and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s property. The resort is incredible and offers every amenity - ski valet, pool, bowling, heated garage and onsite bar. The place is very clean and is well stocked. Your owners are Jim, Tanya and our two sons. We started BreckCondoWithAView over 20 years ago. We've lived abroad in both New Zealand and Latvia and love to travel. Some of the best memories we've had are through these experiences which is why we love to come to Breckenridge. We love the outdoors as does our 6 year old who is probably the only one in his class that knows that the best gondolas and chairlifts are made in Switzerland! We are happy to share our knowledge of the town and answer any questions you may have to make your stay with us the best it can be.

There's a saying in Texas, 'I wasn't born here but I got here as fast as I could.' Well, we feel the same way about Colorado. We would find ourselves coming back to Colorado year after year and Breckenridge always seemed to top our list. It has a little bit of everything one looks for in a mountain destination. Historical charm, great mountains and views, amazing restaurants and shopping, tons of activities for not only adults but kids too. Not to mention easier accessibility from both Denver and Colorado Springs, with less major passes to overcome than with Vail. It was the logical choice for us to choose a place where we could create family memories during the four beautiful seasons Breckenridge has to offer and we are delighted to be able to share our mountain hideaways with you too.
