Family home - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

This is a sun-filled and easy living 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath house tucked in the woods with easy access to Portage Lake and beautiful Lake Michigan. The house sleeps up to 7 with a loft area and spacious master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs has open living and dining​ rooms with floor to ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry/mud room with outside​ entry. There's a large deck across the back for dining and relaxing.
Public access to both lakes is less than 2 miles away, and the town of Onekama is an easy bike ride!

This is a non smoking residence, inside and out, non negotiable. This includes but is not limited to nicotine cigarettes, cigars, pipes and all electronic smoking devices. There will be a $300 fee assessed for violators.
Please do not request to rent this property if you do not intend to comply with this restriction.

*Please note that this property does not have central air conditioning or window units. There are ceiling and room fans in the house. Personal air conditioning units are not permitted. If air conditioning is a required element for you then this property will not be a good fit.*
