A king and a queen bedroom, and a single foldaway, for max 5, stylish with reverse cycle air conditioning, a stones throw to a variety of popular eateries, theatre, supermarket, gallery shops, hospital, pool , golf and parks in the historical village of Milton. 5 mins drive to Mollymook Beach, Clubs, Bannisters, Cupitts Winery. The location is a a foodie's delight to stroll the pub and sidewalk café scene or to renowned Altar Bar, The Harvest, Mrs Tops, Small Town,Tipsy Fig, Pilgrims, The Guild and many more.
Accommodation provides reverse cycle air conditioning, wifi, netflix, Binge ,garage parking, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, beautifully appointed king and queen bedrooms, with new, superb mattresses, bedding and electric blankets, a fold away extra bed, leather lounges with TV with netflix.Bathroom has a separate shower and bath, with two separate WCs. The garage has 1.9M clearance , eg holds our Ford Ranger with empty roof racks.The remote controlled garage door leads into a locked courtyard, so plenty of safe storage for the bikes, surfboards and fishing rods. Capture morning and afternoon sun with front and rear patios. All linen, tea and coffee selections, hairdryer, and bathroom toiletries, including relaxing bath products are supplied. Enjoy the many sidewalk cafes, restaurants, gallery shops by foot, but walk back to comfortable, quiet accommodation. Respect and enjoy the peace and quiet afforded by the permanent residents of this small, beautifully maintained set of villas. Suits couples, family groups, reps and medical locums with the hospital and medical Centres very nearby.
Milton is a quaint, historical village to explore, only minutes drive to Mollymook Golf Club, Cupitt Winery, Bannisters by the Sea, Rick Steins, restaurants, and beaches, lakes, harbour and golf courses. Enjoy, rural cycling, swimming, picnics, fishing, golf, surfing or mountain climbing.

This is a cozy and equipped place to stay in Milton - so close to the Main Street. We enjoyed the thoughtfulness of the electric blanket! As our car was too large we were unable to park at the accommodation and had to park on the street.

Was a relaxing stay in a clean and comfy home. It was close to shops and cafes and rooms and beds were a generous size. Easy entry and exit, and two toilets were handy as well. Thanks for having us!

Comfortable apartment close to everything

The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and with very comfortable beds It is located on main street of Milton but as at back of complex it was very quiet, good position for a very quick walk to the shops, cafes and IGA. Good to have garage to park car. Also very close to drive to beaches. Recommend and would stay again carcar in.

The Butler

The Butler is a well presented, comfy, well appointed property in a quite complex just of the main street of Milton, NSW. It had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance of eateries, boutiques, pubs and what is the best IGA supermarket I've ever seen (great deli and grog shop). I'd certainly stay there again!

The Butler

My husband and I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at The Butler, all amenities were catered for. There is a beautiful view of the countryside from the front window & a spot to sit on the verandah to enjoy the view. The bed was very comfortable & we felt right at home. Karen was super accommodating when i accidentally left some shirts behind in the wardrobe & has since posted them to me. Thanks again, we’re very grateful.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here & will stay again if needing accommodation in the Milton area.

This property was a 9/10 and would have been a 10/10 if there was the possibility of airing the property out a little before we arrived as it seemed to be a little damp. I realise that this is impracticable. Other than that it was great. The king-size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and my daughter loved her own room. If going to Milton we would stay again.

Good overall. Dissapointed the towels were wet, windows were dirty and fan in bathroom dirty,this was a turn off. Couple of annoying issues such as poor shower water pressure but overall was ok.

Regrettable that the guests before you took the remote, but another was installed straight after you. You were clever to use your phone as a tv remote- a lifesaver!
