The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped for a very comfortable stay and the open plan living has a comfortable sofa, two wing chairs and an excellent LG Smart TV with unlimited WIFI. There is a sound bar both upstairs and downstairs. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind in either summer or winter, with a lovely fireplace, which keeps the home cosy and warm. It has a separate studio and is set on the hilltop amidst prime dairy country. It was originally a farmworkers cottage on the dairy and has been expanded over the years. The newly renovated home has an extra upper level with huge master bedroom and ensuite plus study. There is an expansive deck upstairs commanding magnificent 270 degree views. Downstairs there are two queen rooms and one twin room, with king single beds. There is a log fire and wood is provided. It is a mere 5 minutes drive to famous Mollymook and Narrawallee beaches and a short walk to the historic town of Milton, so you can choose between coastal, country or cultural pursuits whilst enjoying the feeling of being tucked away from the hustle bustle. Milton is a lovely, historic town with interesting and quirky boutiques, some excellent restaurants and lovely surrounds. Being close to both Mollymook and Narrawallee you have the benefit of both country and coastal pursuits.
