Get away to this first floor condo on the beach in a quiet, gated residential island with tropical vegetation and abundant wildlife. Relax on the deck of your restful villa while you watch dolphins frolic, pelicans dive, and shrimp and sail boats glide down the Edisto River. Enjoy the panoramic view over miles of water with spectacular sunsets or leisurely walks on the private, uncrowded 3-mile long beach.

Relaxing in the comfortably furnished living room while enjoying water views through the sliding doors. Enjoy conversation with your family and friends or watching your favorite show or movie on the large HDTV/DVD. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra guests. Step onto to the covered, private deck each evening with a cool drink and watch they sky turn bright red and orange as the sun sets over the water. Take the stairs off the deck and follow the boardwalk to quiet Pelican Beach. Sit on the beach while the kids play in the gently lapping waves.

The kitchen is open to the living area and features white cabinetry, tile flooring, granite countertops and a laundry closet with a washer/dryer. Off the hall is a full bath with a shower - Great if you have extra guests. Continue down the hall to the master bedroom. This large retreat has a king size bed, wall mounted HDTV, desk, and adjoining full bathroom with a tub/shower.

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
Pelican Watch regime does not allow LSV rentals.

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

Amazing honeymoon stay!

Great spot on the beach!

We so enjoyed our time here! The short walk to the beach each day was great. But I think our dog enjoyed his stay most. The ability for him to join us on the beach day made for great memories.

A little, private island paradise

If you want privacy, easy access to the beach, safety, friendly people, great communication, a wonderful villa and to just lay on the beach all day…then this is the perfect place! It’s our 2nd year staying on Seabrook Island and it’s heaven!

Quick get-away!

The property was amazing! Our family of four had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space, with awesome views! The villa was well equip with everything we needed for a quick, fall break get-away. The booking, check-in, check-out procedure was quick and easy. We will certainly look forward to staying here again in the future.

Warm weather getaway.

First floor unit and was very quiet until the last day when guests moved in to the unit above us. We really enjoyed our long walks on the beaches, especially walking the beach accessed by boardwalk #2. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful getaway!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to escape for several days. The unit felt like home The location was magical. And we got to see deer, rabbits and even a brightly hued rough green snake. No dolphins this time but several shrimp trawelers silhouetted against brilliant sunsets.

AMAZING!

I’ve been back for a few days and I am already planning my trip back to this condo! Seabrook Island is stunning, and so relaxing! It was my dog’s first trip to the beach and the location of this condo was perfect for him. The beach was a short walk from the back door and he enjoyed the view from the porch. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a chance to recharge.

First pup trip!

Overall the experience was great! This was the first time we took our dog to the beach and she had a blast. The location on the beach was great and there was a nice grassy area for her to use the restroom easily especially for those early morning potty times. The house was very clean and comfortable. We love staying at Pelican Watch. This unit is great. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit provides 4 beach chairs, which is handy. We decided to not unpack our own beach chairs.

Beautiful condo - wonderful vacation spot!

The condo was spotless when we arrived. It is more spacious and nicer than the pics show. Easy beach access and a wonderful surprise to get a sunset view on an East Coast island! Comfortable king-sized bed. As others mentioned, the kitchen was well-equiped. Spectacular water views from both inside the condo and the deck. Nice sandy beach with gentle waves.

1317 Pelican Watch offered every amenity, from luxurious linens to beach chairs!

We had 4 glorious days walking the beaches and trails of Seabreeze Island. Our accommodations were outstanding, offering everything we could possibly need, and nearby shopping for perishables. The only downside we experienced was that no club facility allows pets. So we were unable to use the club amenities. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay.
