Seabrook Island is a beautiful low-country barrier island with 3 miles of pristine, uncrowded beaches. This property overlooks both the mouth of the Edisto River and the Atlantic Ocean and comes fully appointed. There is abundant wildlife to see, including deer on the dunes and our famous beach-feeding dolphins! Bring your bike, kayak, or paddleboard-- or rent them-- the island is full of adventures for you and your family!

Club Amenity access is included in this price. Many hosts require guests to purchase this separately through The CLUB (up to an additional $55 per day/$350 weekly fee).

An Amenity App is required to gain access to the Club at Seabrook. The Club has two championship golf courses, the Equestrian Center, the oceanfront pool complex, the racquet club, and all dining options inside the security gate.

Club amenity access does not include the 'Lakehouse' gym or indoor pool. Guests purchase these amenities from the POA and cannot purchase them from the host; this applies to all properties. The host can not purchase them for you.

Only one car per bedroom, via new 2025 Town of Seabrook rules. This applies to all rentals throughout Seabrook. There is a $50 fee.

A Full-service grocery store, restaurants, and shops are located just outside the security gate at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook is a certified Audubon International Sustainable Community.

Beautiful end unit in the Pelican Watch Villas. The space was clean and comfortable a real home away from home. My host couldn't have been more communicative and accommodating. I'll definitely be back 'home away from home' soon!

Great spot for a couple

This was a great place for a couple ( and a small dog). The location was convenient to the surrounding restaurants & activities yet still maintained its privacy, with a great waterfront view!

Lovely vacaay

Great property,, we’ve stayed in at keast 7 different Pelican Watch properties and this is our favorite,, - condo was spic and span clean, well equipped, very homey- didn’t feel like a rental . You can’t beat location or accommodations- and our host Joanna was amazing!

Why they chose this property

Seabrook Island has been our family getaway for 20 years. Pelican Watch was always our choice. I purchased this unit for my children to serve as a gift from their father who passed away in 2020.

What makes this property unique

This island has two types of beaches: one is calm and safe for small children, and the other has waves for those looking for more fun. This island has so many live oaks and so much wildlife!
