We had an absolutely magical week staying here. The beach was steps away. This condo was super clean and well equipped with beach gear and cooking supplies. We are so happy we chose this condo! The views were amazing and everything was as described. Check in and out were super easy too!

A Week on the Gulf of Mexico

Beautiful property and grounds. The very best of sunsets and if up early enough, beautiful moon sets. Perfect for a small family.

Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at the Sea Winds many times over the years and this condo has been one of our favorites. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We had chairs, umbrella and towels provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for winter get away!

The property was clean. Very well stocked and the view was awesome. The pool although somewhat small was clean and always had enough chairs to lounge. Short walk to beach and not very crowded near condo. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time. Beautiful beach. Condo was great. Had everything we needed. Karen was wonderful. Gave all information we plus some extras like good places to eat. Definitely we will be back.

Very Nice

Very nice unit. Our hostess Karen was wonderful, communicated very well with us. The ocean view was amazing & we appreciated the spacious lanai area. Beach towels, chairs & umbrellas were provided along with plenty of linens. We hope to return to this area again.

A week at the beach

We were very happy! A couple of minor issues that were quickly taken care. Plenty of Kitchen utensils and bath towels. Great view and beautiful sunsets!

Relaxation for sure

Definitely enjoyed our trip, this is definitely a place of relaxation and tranquility, even after the hurricane. Condo 304 was cute and cozy and comfortable. We will be back again. Thanks to Karen who was wonderful to deal with and assured us things would be great, even after Ian.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Condo was exactly as pictured and had a beautiful view over the gulf! The building itself was older but inside the condo was renovated and new. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, bath towels, pillows & sheets were all provided, which was fantastic since we flew in. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach & pool. Couldn't have asked for a better location & condo!

beautiful weather and sunsets

The building is older than other condos I viewed and only one elevator was working during our two week stay. The sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom needs replacing. The condo was well stocked and decorated beautifully. We ate out most of our stay loved Sale Pepe, Ario's and DaVinci's.

Sea Winds is set to install all new hurricane rated sliding glass doors and screens in the whole building this summer 2023. Finally since Hurricane Irma in 2017. The panel windows have already been installed. A lot to go through with insurance companies and condo association. Both elevators were out for 3 days after a sprinkler (fire) system malfunction on the 10th floor at 4:45 AM. It put 160 gallons a minute out for 45 minutes before someone could get there to turn the water off. The elevators are programed to go to the ground floor in cases like this and so all that water seeped to the elevators ruining all equipment and the cabs of the elevators. Fortunately, with constant workmen on site for 3 days, one elevator was salvaged and safely operational. New cabs were ordered and slated to arrive and be installed in May 2023. SW Florida is still dealing with supply chain issues after Hurricane Ian devastated Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Meyers beach in September 2022. It unfortunately, will be years before those areas are up and running again. We are all sorry for the inconveniences these have caused but all involved are working diligently to have these situations remedied. Marco is a super island to visit and Sea Winds receives many repeating customers each year. The beach, gulf and sunset views are phenomenal and the building is positioned within a easy walk to restaurants, shopping, movie theater, miniature golf, convenience store and art league.

Perfect Stay on Marco Island

The property lives up to its promise. Clean, comfortable, attractive condo located right on the beach—seaside views, sounds, breezes… It is a perfect getaway location for enjoying all that Marco Island and its surrounding areas have to offer. Well appointed for in house meal preparation. Closet full of beach gear. Wide beach which was not crowded. Great shelling. Very nice not heavily used tennis courts. Easy drive to nearby restaurants. We highly recommend staying here and plan to return again.

Great Marco Island Vacation

Everything about this unit is as stated and then some. From Karen being available to answer questions and keeping us up to date, especially with the COVID situation to the beautiful views and this wonderful condo. It’s a little on the smaller size but laid out wonderfully, high end appliances, bedding and beach equipment. You won’t need a thing! We definitely will be back, the owners really did a nice job updating this unit.

Beautiful place and great location

Love the place. Beachy and clean. Nice amentities in the unit. Dual coffee pot (keurig and pot). Nice beach chairs. Nice and plentiful linens, bath towels and beach towels. Nice washer/dryer. Only negative was ongoing construction in another unit. Lots of tile cutting type noises going on that could be heard even on the beach but particularly in the unit.

Perfect Marco Island Condo

Everything you need or want in a vacation condo. Third floor sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. Balcony. Exceptionally clean condo and I mean CLEAN. Zillions of towels. Easy check-in. Fully equipped and modern kitchen. Better w/d than we have back home!!! Tons of closet space. Fantastic and modern bathrooms. Nice private pool and private walkway right to the beach. The complex is right on the beach and very private. Parking is easy and convenient in the condo parking lot. There are even carts to help you move in, and grocery carts to use after you stock up at the Publix just a few blocks away. Property manager is awesome she responds in seconds. I feel like I have a friend in the area now! We will be back!!!!

Relaxing vacation for myself and 2 teenage sons

The property was as described on the listing along with the pictures. It was perfectly sized for myself and my 2 teenage sons. It was clean and everything functioned as it should while we were there. Karen was very helpful, corresponded with us quickly throughout the entire process, and was ontime to meet us at checkin. She was excellent in making the process smooth which allowed us to get right into what we were there for - a stress-free vacation. The view from the belcony was amazing. We were more than happy with the 2 minute (or less) walk from the unit's front door to when our feet were in the ocean - can't beat that. Shell hunting was exceptional also. Really couldn't ask for anything better! The only caution I could mention to others is I believe the unit would work very well for up to 4 people. There was sufficient dinnerware and seats at the table for 4. Although the unit is listed to sleep 6 (two on the pull-out couch), I believe dinnerware and seating would be very tight if all 6 occupants were teenage or older. As long as you're prepared for that however, your visit should be wonderful.

Love Marco-Island

Great vacation and love the location. Can't get a better sunset than this area. Even saw dolphins a couple days. Condo had everything we needed to enjoy a beautiful week.

Best spot on Marco island

The experience was excellent. Was met at the condo given keys went right in and down to the beach. Everyone that works at sea winds were excellent and nice. Will be booking for many years to come

Condo review

Great location. Elevators not fully operational so we mainly used the stairs. Our unit smelled musty for the first couple of days so if you have allergies or asthma it may cause some distress initially. The building is older and has some west and tear but we did enjoy ourselves and made some great family memories. The property manager Karen was amazing and very consistently prompt with communication.
