Beautiful, top-floor, 3 bed/2.5 bath condo located at The Preserve at Charlotte Harbor. The unit has a spacious, open floor plan including kitchen, dining room and lounge. There are two large (King and Queen) bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a twin room and half bathroom. The lanai overlooks the gardens and pool below.

The condo has partial views of Charlotte Harbor from all bedrooms, the Lanai and Great Room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar and stainless appliances. There is a large laundry room with full-size washer & dryer, newly installed water heater and AC with air purifier.

Condo amenities include in-ground pool, heated spa, clubhouse w/fitness room and putting green. Lush, tropical landscaping surrounds the pool & creates the feeling of a private oasis for unit owners and guests. Condo is fully furnished has hi speed internet access, Cable HDTV, sound system and smart speakers in most areas.

Located 1.5 miles from downtown Punta Gorda and within walking distance of the brand new Sunseeker Resort which boasts 20 food and beverage outlets including fine dining, casual and varied cuisine.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wish we could have stayed LONGER!

We enjoyed a fantastic month at The Preserve; gorgeous condo and tons to do and experience nearby. The unit is fresh, beautifully decorated, and has everything we needed. Communication from owner was excellent including quick response to our questions about restaurants and local area. We enjoyed excellent local seafood, boating, wildlife sanctuary, beaches, arts community, concerts, biking, daily bridge walk and much more. Cannot wait to return. Thanks!

Perfect Condo!!

We stayed here with my parents for a few nights. My parents rented this condo as they were interested in the Punta Gordo area to relocate too. After staying in this beautiful condo, they decided to purchase one in the building over. This condo has so much to offer. A fabulous view, gorgeous decor in the home, every last detail was thought of even down to some pool toys for my kiddos. The location is great close to downtown PG, you can walk it is about 1.3 miles just over the bridge. Close to mini-golf, restaurants and the water. Enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much.
