I did have to call the police the first night we were there because the people across the canal were partying until midnight with loud music and yelling and whistling!

we did an extended stay for about a month and a half. It was a nice relaxing place . Caught a couple huge fish in the canal on the dock. Out back relaxing by the canal was real nice. The hosts were very nice and helping when had some kind of a technical problem rebooking for more time. Computers lol.

This beautiful home was exactly as pictured in the VRBO listing. Super clean and stocked with everything you could need. We booked specifically to attend TB Rays spring training games, and the location of the home to the field was perfect, less than 15 minutes away. On the downtime we relaxed out back, grilled, & fished off the dock. Even caught a mullet in our cast net & grilled it fresh! Other catches were far and few between, but we enjoyed our family time. Our family of 6 fit comfortably; the master bedroom and kitchen are amazing! Host was extremely responsive & receptive to correct an AC/thermostat issues ASAP, much appreciated! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with my family.

Beautiful house

This beautiful very clean upscale home makes a great vacation retreat. It is in close proximity to the Tampa Bay Rays spring training games and about 30 minutes to the closest beach- Manasota Key. The owner is very nice and we didn’t need to reach out, however it was obvious we could have and they would have responded quickly. The house is well stocked and the only thing I would say that it could use is maybe a couple of extra wash cloths and hand towels. This is hands down the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in including hotels. The pool table is great bonus- we only played one game but it was awesome to have! Bring a fishing pole and fish right out back! Adding the fact that it is pet friendly made it a perfect rental! Thank you, Mary! On a personal note sorry my message didn’t go through that we had left a little early.

Great house with all the amenities

I recently had a 3 night stay in Port Charlotte for work. This cute little house on the water was perfect place to relax when I wasn't working. The house is exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and well kept. It appeared to have weathered Hurrican Ian without any damage. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and I had great communication with the owners. I would definitely stay here again.

Pictures don’t do justice

Very updated house with everything you need for a nice, relaxing getaway. The view out to the canal as soon as you walk in the door gives you all the feels right away. Pictures really don’t do it justice! Perfect space for staying in and playing some billiards or darts, or chilling by the fire pit after a beach day. About a 30 minute drive to Gasparilla Island, a cozy little beach community. There’s also a community beach park and pool near the house. We loved our stay and highly recommend Harbor House!

Newly renovated home with a boat dock. Perfect for sailors or power-boaters. Home was very comfortable and conveniently located. I will rent again the next time I’m in town.

Modern setting on coastal canal

This property was brought to modern standards and was a very spacious setting. Completely remodeled and filled with all the latest technologies. Backyard on canal was large and had a large dock to fish or sun in a very quiet neighborhood. House is close to everything from restaurants to shopping.
