Villa for vacations. It consists of 2 floors.

On ground floor there is a big barbecue, pool, 4 lazy chairs.
We have two entertainment rooms.
In first You can find table for 8 people, sofa, PS4, the TV, and one bathroom.
In second room You can play ping pong, pool, darts, or table soccer.

On first floor there are 4 bedroms, 3 separated bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and a living room.
In left side on first floor there is one more living room which can be a bedroom when the sofa goes down.
Closest supermarket is 500m away and the closest restaurant is 900m away.
Beautiful beaches of Makarska are only 1,5km away.

We chose this Villa for a family holiday, mixed ages 7 to 62. It was perfect! The whole villa was exceptionally clean, spacious and well-equipped. Effective air conditioning and comfy beds ensured a great night's sleep. The beautiful pool, garden space, BBQ and games room provided entertainment for us all. The stunning view from the balcony made it a lovely place to eat breakfast or enjoy an evening cocktail or beer! Our hosts were wonderful, and could not have been more helpful. They responded very quickly to questions. We had a late flight arrival and they had put food and drink in the fridge for us. So thoughtful. Will recommend this villa to our friends and family. Thank you both for your hospitality!

Great Villa

The host and his father were more than accomodating. Fresh fruit was waiting upon arrival and a bottle of Olive Oil was presented to us at departure. Need detailed direction as to how to get to the villa, our Navigation system sent us through the neighborhood. The only negative comment I would have is that the swimming pool is not accessible from the inside of the house, one has to exit at the front entrance and walk around the house.
