Very clean house, but unfortunately does not have the two futon beds on the listing. Owner was quick to communicate, but this house is not suitable for groups requiring more than 4 beds.

The house was amazing! Very clean, spacious, cozy, and convenient. However, the back bedroom that contains two queen beds was extremely hot and not able to be slept in. Our guests weren’t able to stay in there because it was too hot to sleep in & we had to pivot for sleep arrangements. The window unit was on but cold air wasn’t able to keep the room comfortable for sleep. If you’re planning for a large group in the summer, keep this in mind. Kelby was a great host and the convenience of the house was ideal for the 4th of July parade. Thank you!
