About this property

Vacation apartment 60 sqm. In the heart of Schönau with a magnificent view of the Watzmann.

Our new modern apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 1-4 people.
The apartment is divided into a hallway, two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower / toilet.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a wash basin, hairdryer, towel dryer and many storage options.
In the spacious, cozy living room there is a couch with side table, dining table and a kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, 4-burner stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster.
Satellite TV and stereo.

Our newly built house is very sunny and quiet. Enjoy an unobstructed beautiful mountain view on our sun terrace. The town center with restaurants and shops can be reached on foot in 5 - 10 minutes.
It is about 3km to Berchtesgaden or to Königssee.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
