Humble and remodeled apartment in Caguas - Puerto Rico
Beautiful apartment, completely remodeled, on 4th floor. No neighbors on this floor & it's the top floor, so it is fresh & private. 1 parking included in front of the building door. You will get access to the whole apartment, including the laundry. Yes! you can use the washer, just bring your laundry detergent. Drying rack provided, no dryer on premises.
Take the advantage of the countryside & be close to the city. Near hospitals, universities, shopping centers, supermarket, restaurants, Sheraton Four point & Botanical Garden in Caguas. Just 30 min away from San Juan & Humacao.
Mini Split A/C unit at all bedrooms. Cross ventilation, corner apartment and balcony.
Water softener on shower, enjoy a hot shower and treat your skin.
Fully remodeled apartment on 2019 and our building was painted on 2021.
Minut noise detector on property - you can receive text message from the app if the noise is above 72 db
Wifi: 400 mb
Disclosure: Since Hurricane Maria hit PR on 2017 the apartment complex are fighting with the insurance and vacancies. Finally our building is being paint. This issue do not affect the habitability, safety, interior or apartment.
Late checkout or early check-in = this is an apartment complex and you can hear the eco on the stairs. We had some complaints about noises. We want our community happy, for this reason if you want to do a late check-in (after 8pm) you will need to leave your luggage in the car until the next morning. If you need a early checkout (before 7am) please leave your luggage on your car the day before.
THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS: if you are working for co-workers, family members or 3rd party: PLEASE share the listing before booking. No refund will issue for not reading description. A/C only on master bedroom, only 1 parking assigned, no dryer on premises.

Why they chose this property
I bough it for fix and sell but felt in love with this property as soon I start. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and lovely. The exterior of the buildings aren't in good shape, we are still dealing with the insurance and vacancies after Maria, and some owner tried to do their best.
The ambiance and the energy in this apartment is indescribable. Why I do short rentals? because I want to spend time in the apartment. Is my escape zone.

What makes this property unique
Being in the corner at top floor give privacy and fresh air. In the back of the building we have a beautiful view to Gurabo and San Lorenzo mountains, also the fresh air from the east of the island. You can enjoy the view from the kitchen, laundry and bedrooms.
