This 950 square foot garage apartment with solid pine floors and ceilings, Queen size bed, HDTV with Satellite, Full kitchen with stove/ oven, large stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, a second standalone oven, copper farmhouse sink, granite countertops, wine chiller, full washer and dryer, Chest of drawers, shower and toilet. Views out some windows show the lake. Access to the dock. Entryway is a numbered keypad so no key is needed. Garage may be used to park a car if house is vacant. Separate AC/heater just for apartment. Outdoor fireplace also available if house is not rented.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

House was awesome, it fit our family vacation great. Rooms were large and spacious. House was well stocked though I would recommend cleaning out the pantry and kitchen cabinets they were a little disorganized, but we found methods to the madness. Hot tub was great for end of the day relaxation. Community pool was well kept and great for families with young children.Plenty of shops and boat rentals less than 10 miles from the house.Host was very responsive to our request; his detailed welcome letter was most helpful and even had a temporary wheelchair ramp installed for our stay. We are definitely considering renting this property again next year.
