Beautifully redone private home. Stainless steel appliances and Washer/Dryer. Full kitchen, dining and living rooms. Flat-screen TVs in front and back living areas. Unique wood ceiling in dining room. New granite counter top in kitchen. Three bedrooms and three full baths. Relaxing outdoor shower. Large back patio with 10 Ft. awning and ample shade.

Grill the day's catch on the backyard grill and enjoy a picnic in the private backyard area. Ride your bike to a casual beach restaurant or make a reservation at one of the many fine dining establishments within a few blocks.

Beach is consistently rated one of the top beaches in the country. Relaxing beach never crowded due to mostly residential neighborhoods. No high rise condos.

Michele and her husband , Doug, live nearby with there three (almost grown) children in Bradenton, FL. They spend as much time as possible on the Island - - riding bikes, boating, relaxing and spending time with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

Perfectly located just steps from a quiet, white sand beach with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Because there are only a handful of parking spaces, our beach is never crowded. Many places to eat and shop within a few blocks. Easy access to jet ski rentals, charter fishing, sunset cruises
