Beautifully updated 3 bed/ 3.5 bath condo in Beach Wood Villas on the south end of Amelia Island. Updated throughout, beautifully furnished, and spectacular views of Red Maple Lake and the future Omni Short Course in Amelia Island Plantation resort.

This condo is townhouse style, with kitchen, living area, dining area, half bath, and laundry room on the downstairs level. Three bedrooms are located on the upstairs level and each with its own attached bath. Ideal sleeping arrangements for a family, or even just one couple - king beds in both the master and second bedroom, and a queen size bed in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.

This condo is situated in a great location, offering easy access to the beach and private complex pool. Great views of the golf course and lake from the back patio and from upstairs in the condo. Enjoy the bike/walking trails on the resort,, great spa, shops, and restaurants, or many of the other amenities.. Or, venture to charming Downtown Fernandina Beach and enjoy the unique shopping and dining options.

With this rental, guests enjoy access to the Beach Wood complex pool, beach, walking and biking trails, spa, shops, and many great dining options. Golf is available at many nice local courses. Bike and golf cart rentals also available - please inquire for additional information. Please note that Omni has restricted access to the main hotel pool, fitness center, and Racquet Park to only club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about activities and amenities.

Wonderful Villa

Overall great place. We have been to Omni several times over the years, the location of this villa was perfect. Walking distance to the shops, beach and nature center. Sunsets were amazing off the back patio.

Family Getaway

Overall the stay at this property was fun. We enjoyed walks to the beach and being able to watch the sunset from right behind the townhouse. We enjoyed trying different restaurants in the resort as well as golfing. The plantation has several restaurant options, shops, and a spa that are within walking distance. The townhouse was very comfortable and the location was perfect. We loved it.
