This superb apartment in Barcelona is a perfect solution for two couples, a family, or a group of friends. If you were searching for light and sun then you found your apartment as it receives sunlight during nearly all the day because of its six meter windows. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two twin beds. There is a couch in the living room to accommodate up to six people. It also offers a sunny private TERRACE along with a table and four chairs, the ideal place to enjoy a fresh dinner at night to rest after a hard day.

The location is excellent and very central just at a five minute walk from the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA, the cathedral from Gaudi (area eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia you will find a bus stop to take the TOURISTIC BUS. At only a five minute walk you can find the 'Avenue Gaudi,' a pleasant avenue very appreciated for the spanish people, with a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe the lighting of the cathedral by night (you can’t miss it). An other interesting place and also a stop of the modernist route (like the Sagrada Familia) is the HOSPITAL SANT PAU.

The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. At only 20 meters from the apartment you will find three supermarkets, an excellent bakery that makes delicious croissants for your breakfast and a biologic shop. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are two metro lines (L-Lilac (II) et L-blue (V) at a two minute walk from the apartment that lead you directy to the Plaza Catalunya (Old City) 15 minutes or Pº de Gracia (ten minutes) . If you want to go to the beach you have also a direct bus that last around 15-20 minutes.

A free cot for a child is available if needed. All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT.

Delightful! Beautiful apartment, modern updates, fully furnished, and in an excellent location. Close to the metro station and easy to get to all tourist attractions but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Two verandas make for a nice outdoor space! We highly recommend!

Great location in a fun neighborhood

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The check in was smooth and we were provided with great information for getting around Barcelona and where to go in the neighborhood. The apartment is really close to the Sagrada Familia and metro stations. The unit is spacious and well appointed with a great deck to enjoy the sun and felt really comfortable. I would happily stay here the next time I'm in Barcelona.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

We were very happy with the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There are several grocery stores within 1 block and the Canal Bakery shop around the corner was the best! It was easy to get on the Metro. I would rent this again.

A week in Barcelona

Great apartment with a balcony that we enjoyed immensely. The bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment so it was quiet. Just a note, while the apartment is close to Sangrada de Familia and Hospital Sant Pau it is a distance from the older parts of Barcelona.

Great apartment within walk of Sagrada

This apartment is lovely. Very clean and looks just like the photos. On-site property manager is very friendly and helpful if you need help with anything. The neighborhood is residential with grocery store, fruit stand, coffee/pastry shop and restaurants nearby. It's out of the way of the Sagrada crowds, but still within walking distance (about 15 mins). We really enjoyed our stay.

It’s close to the metro but we walked to most places. The apartment is well furnished, spacious, comfortable. The air conditioner in the living room did not work very well, the air conditioner in the bedroom was excellent. The owner was very helpful. I would stay again.

Clean, large apartment. Very modernized. Walking distance to some neighborhoods, but easy cab/uber ride to others. Elevator building. Washer/dryer combo. 2 terraces! No dishwasher, but truly wasn't an issue. Fredrick was very helpful and kind. We would stay again

Perfect apartment for our Barcelona vacation

The neighborhood is safe, with close access to several grocery stores and restaurants. Two metro stations (L5 and L2) are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, and a major road with several bus stops is only 2 blocks away. The Sagrada Familia is a 10-minute walk. Great location, but not too loud. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony! The management team was friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Gorgeous property!!!!

I stayed here with friends for 4 days in September - a little girls getaway/reunion (I'm from Canada, they were from Australia!) This place is amazing!!!! Beautifully laid out, comfortable beds - stunning views! It was very close to multiple Metro stations, walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and a quick cab ride to Las Rambas! The apartment was furnished with almost all the comforts of home - the only thing missing was some wine glasses - which we purchased and left behind for the next guests! We loved sitting out on the balcony most nights and enjoying the views, the weather and great company! Frederic was an amazing host - giving us detailed directions to the Metro, shops, etc via a map. When I come back to Barcelona, I will definitely be coming back to this apartment! Thanks to Frederic for helping to make our girls getaway a success!

Barcelona Vacation

The property was located in a nice spot in Barcelona. It was surrounded by many small restaurants, bars, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. We had access to many bus and train lines. The apartment was neat and clean and set up with modern accommodations. It had a terrace although there were not many scenic views. The property itself accommodated 4 people nicely although one bedroom was a bit small. The kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom were a nice size. The kitchen had the basics but could have used a few more amenities like dish towels, paper towels, etc. We did not use the TV but know it was the only entertainment. There are no games, music or the like. The washer/dryer was available but no laundry soap (note the dryer was not efficient). The landlord was very nice; check-in was easy; he was available when needed. We have 2 problems which he attended to immediately. Overall I would given the property a 5 and would stay there again.

Excellentes vacances dans Barcelone. L'appartement loué était tout à fait conforme à la description faite sur le site ABRITEL. Dernier étage avec superbe terrasse. Une station de métro est très proche du logement cela nous a permis de visiter la ville uniquement grâce au métro et aux bus. Notre véhicule est resté dans un garage tout proche ou nous avions réservé une place pour la durée de notre séjour.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Um das Appartement herum ist die Metro und Bushaltestellen von dort aus vieles zu erreichen ist. Sagrada Familia ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen auch von dort gibt es ein gutes Netzverkehr mit der Metro. Die einzigen Nachteile die ich anmerken muss, ist, dass das Appartement hellhörig ist, das Herd ist nicht wirklich zum Kochen gut nutzbar, obwohl die Küche nicht alt ist. Wenn gekocht werden soll, dauert es ewig bis das Wasser oder das Öl heiß wird sogar das simple Eierkochen dauert ewig, was ich schade fand. Ich hätte mir auch gerne einen Staubsauger statt Besen gewünscht bei einer Woche verbleib in der Unterkunft. Dennoch kann ich diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful spot for a stay in Barcelona!

This was the best apartment rental experience we have ever had! (and we have been renting around the world for 30 years) From checking in, to helpfulness and recommendations, to planning our departure, Frederic and his employees were top notch. A modern apartment with on site management

This apartment met all our expectations. The managers met us upon arrival and introduced all the features of the unit. The apartment was spotless and well furnished with modern pieces. The location was within easy walking distance to the subway. For those who enjoy the experience of local living, it was easy to buy fresh products from the local markets and enjoy the many restaurants and tabernas that were only steps away. The unit is located near the Sagrada Familia, which means that it is not within walking distance of the popular Las Ramblas or Barri Gotic, however, for those willing to use the subway, these sights are easy to get to. We will return on our next visit to Barcelona.

Lovely apartment!

We had a great stay here. Really nice hosts, immaculately clean apartment, quiet and nicely furnished. Several grocery stores nearby, easy walk to Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. Would definitely recommend this place! The two terraces were a fun place to sit in the evenings and mornings.

We are a Franco-Catalan couple dedicated to the activity of vacation rental since 1999, yes already 24 years. We rent several apartments in this same building and have our offices on the ground floor.

Why they chose this property

This apartment rental in Barcelona has two double bedrooms. One of the rooms is particularly well-lit, has its own small balcony and a double bed. The other room has two twin beds. The living room has a sofa-bed so up to 6 guests can stay at a time.

There is also a self-catering kitchen with all the dishware you might need as well as an oven-microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The apartment also has a washer and dryer. and will also have access to a high speed Wi-Fi internet connection and satellite television.

The sunny terrace has a table and chairs so you can make your own breakfast, or perhaps dinner, and enjoy eating outside on one of Barcelona’ warm summer nights.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located in a quieter area of the city and most of the people on the street are locals who live in the neighborhood. Nearby you can easily reach 2 of Barcelona’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Sagrada Familia Cathedral and the Sant Pau Hospital modernist building complex, which has a restaurant with a terrace where you can go during the summer and winter months to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Sagrada familia area is a peaceful and safe neighborhood and it has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars with outdoor terraces, etc. There are also two metro lines nearby and more than 10 buses that you can catch to visit other areas of Barcelona.
