Enjoy the perpetually calm span of crystalline ocean and the gentle trade winds as you relax on the oceanfront lanai or sun deck of this beautiful home tucked onto Oahu's south shore. Launch a kayak or stand up paddle board from the private dock or relax on the large covered lanai as you take in a beautiful Hawaiian sunset.
Hardwood flooring and tropical furnishings provide a comfortable setting while a state of the art kitchen includes, gas cooking stove, top grade appliances, barbecue and everything needed for your stay in paradise.
The owners have completely remodeled and added a fourth bedroom and third bathroom, making the home ideal for up to 8 guests. Bedding includes queen sized primary, two guests rooms - each with king bedding, and a new guest room with full-sized bed and twin trundle along with ensuite bathroom.
Property is fully air-conditioned and gated for added security.

One of the best locations to capture both sunrise and sunset. It’s our 2nd time staying there and would definitely consider it again in the future. We did have some issues with appliances, however, the Property Management were quick to resolve. The pictures posted are a true reflection of the wonderful house.

Best stay in Hawaii

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been to HI many times and this was THE BEST place we’ve stayed. The house has everything you need (boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach towels, beach mats and chairs, rice cooker, blender, games, shampoo/conditioner, batteries, sunscreen, bug spray, salt & pepper, oil, cleaning products, tea, coffee, you name it!) They even had a welcome basket full of Hawaiian goodies including fruits and chocolates. You really don’t need to bring anything but your clothes and swimsuits. The property was kept so nicely and the house was very clean. In fact, it was better in person than the photos!The location couldn’t have been better since it was close to shops and Waikiki but also close to nice beaches and famous places like Hanauma bay. The best part of this property was the beautiful ocean view and the direct access to the calm & shallow ocean from the back yard. It was like having a gigantic swimming pool in your backyard! When the tide was low, we could see various sea creatures in the clear water and everyday we saw 2-3 young turtles swimming around right from the backyard, We had a couple of issues with appliances, but Alia from the management company was excellent and very quick to resolve any issues. Everyone in our party (varying ages of 8-80)enjoyed the stay so much that my parents in the first week of the stay already started to talk about coming back to this place. We really hope we can come back!

The welcome gift was one of the best ever received. We found the house to be fully stocked with kitchen ware, towels, etc.... We had an excellent booking experience with Barbea, she was quick to respond to our questions. The Property Manager, Lisa, was also excellent. Loved the ease at communicating with her when it was required. Have already booked for 2023. Mahalo!

The house is in a great location, close to the center of Honolulu to have many conveniences close by (supermarket a 5 min drive, plenty of restaurants) but on a small peninsula that is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the ocean. Additionally, there are several beaches nearby and a couple gardens and hikes. The house is very well kept and clean, the kitchen is well stocked, A/C works well, and the hot tub outside is a nice amenity. But we spent most of our time outside as the views and sunsets are truly amazing. And finally, the property is well managed, any question, or small issue (questions on the internet, there was a storm and the heater for pool was out for a few hours) were immediately addressed (pool heater was fixed the same day as reported). We will definitely be coming back.

A Perfect family vacation home- with an incredible view

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but super markets, pharmacies are located within a five minute drive. Conveniently located just 20min away from waikiki. The house is very well kept. Everything in the house was in perfect working condition. The kitchen is extremely well stocked! Lisa the property manager is also very sweet and attentive. We encountered just a small problem where we could not open the pool cover one night and she was very quick to respond and the next morning someone was already at the house getting it fixed. The house was delivered clean as well as all bed linens, towels etc. I cannot wait to return to Honolulu and stay at Niuiki again. I will recommend this home to all my friends.

Everything you would ever want in a holiday house is there, and in pristine condition. The beautiful waterfront garden affords the most stunning views along the palm lined shore to Diamond Head. This beautiful home accommodated our extended family of 11 in style for 9 nights/10 days.I rated all areas 5 stars except for Property General Condition, which I gave 4 stars - I took off one star because the deck and hot tub area need attention! The tub heater didn't work and some of the decking, particularly one of the seats, were rotten and collapsing. The property managers are wonderful to deal with and 5 stars go to both Jeremy and Lisa.Ian from Gawler, South Australia.

Oceanfront paradise!~

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, this is by far the best vacation home that I personally ever stayed in. Just as it described, this house can easily accommodate up to 10 people. Our family of eight (plus a 3-month old baby) stayed comfortably for 8 days, and everyone had a fantastic time, including the baby! The oceanfront location is unbeatable, while it is convenient, the amazing scenery views it provides were absolutely stunning. My wife and I spent many mornings on the oceanfront lanai/porch enjoying the calm ocean waves, and delighted in the breathtaking sunsets during the evenings. Overall, the house is in great condition. It is fully renovated with stylish furnishing which aligns seamlessly with the Hawaiian theme. My in-laws loved the high-quality hardwood floor and I personally appreciate the entire kitchen. There are air conditions available; however, we only needed to turn it on a few times solely for the comfort of our little baby. The entire house is well ventilated; the windows and sliding doors provided great circulation with the help of ocean winds. I took 1 star off the property’s general condition only due to the malfunction of the Jacuzzi. However, Lisa reacted immediately by sending professional service technician to the site, but unfortunately it’s heating system was not functional and we couldn’t get it work during the length of our staying.Speaking of professionalism from the property management company - Private Home Hawaii, we were fully satisfied with their service and enthusiasm. The team offered various services to ensure our staying was pleasant, such as a late checkout and modified bed arrangements. Kim was very patient throughout the booking process, answering numerous questions and concerns we had. Steven warmly welcomed us upon arrival. According to the ladies, the supplied amenities were top premium brands, and they loved it. We definitely come back to this wonderful home.
