The home has a Tri level design, allowing for privacy, and a nice separation of space. The primary bedroom and bath are a half flight up from the living area. The half bath is on the main level, while the two additional bedrooms, another full bath, and laundry, are downstairs from the living area. There is also a cozy sitting deck off of the primary bedroom with beautiful ocean views. Walk across the street from the house to the beach and Shamel Park. The park has a lively lawn area with picnic tables, BBQ’s, play structure and swimming pool. Walk just a few blocks to the scenic artist colony of downtown Cambria with its plentiful restaurants, appealing boutiques, art and wine galleries.
