Toilets might need a little attention. But overall, the versatility of the house was perfect for our 2026 family reunion. Thank you.

Great place

Beautiful cabin! Easy booking & communication with the property owner was a breeze. Also, great view off the back deck. Plenty of bedrooms our two families to have enough room to spread out.

We had a wonderful time exploring South Dakota for the first time, and the home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. We had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone. We did encounter a few unexpected issues during our stay, but I want to give the owner credit for how they handled our concerns. Once we brought everything to their attention, they were very responsive, took our concerns seriously, arranged for someone to come out and address the situation right away, and worked with us on compensation. We truly appreciated their willingness to listen and make things right.Overall, we had a fantastic time, enjoyed the home, and made some great memories exploring South Dakota. We appreciate the owner’s communication and efforts to make things right, and we hope to see the property continue to be well cared for and enjoyed by future guests.

Great house and wonderful vacation

The house was very clean and in a beautiful location. The house accommodated 9 couples comfortably. The owner was very responsive to our needs and we would definitely stay at this property again if our travels took us back to this area. We rode our SxS from this location and had good access to trails and gas stations.

Fantastic Family Vaca

My sister and I had a great time with our parents, our husbands and our children! The home was a perfect location to engage in the activities we planned. The home was laid out very well, so we could all be together, but also have space so we were not on top of each other the whole weekend!

Outstanding Vacation

The location was beautiful . The house was great, plenty of room for all 11 guest and not feel cramped with multiple sitting areas. The garage was spacious enough for 7 motorcycles. Our host was very responsive to any needs that may have arisen, but the house had everything we needed plus some!

Beautiful view. Plenty of space!

We rented this beautiful home to Sturgis 2023. It was everything we needed. Plenty of space of all 18 of us. And the view from the back of the house was magical. Owners were awesome and great communicators. Could not have asked for more.

Our stay at the cabin in Lead was great. Cole, the host, was super responsive and answered all our questions prior and during our stay. Check-in was smooth with key code access given when the house was ready for check-in. The location worked out well for our adventures in the Black Hills area and the house easily accommodated 13 of us. Everything was in working condition and the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed except for a drinking pitcher. . . which one of my guests ended up buying and leaving in the house for future guests :) The wi-fi went out a few times during our stay, but all it took was a reset of the router and all was well - definitely not an issue to lose a "star" for, but curious as to why it was unstable. The 5 bathrooms in the house were in great locations, making them accessible to everyone in the party, with plenty of towels available. Overall, a comfortable and clean house in a convenient location.

Yearly Family Vacation

We liked the location and the house was plenty big for our group of 18. It's a nice house with just a few small issues. Missing light bulbs, several smoke detectors not hooked up and a kitchen with a mishmash of dishes and cookware and not enough silverware. Coffee pot didn't work and neither did the vacuum (tried to clean up after ourselves. The biggest issue of all was the lack of blinds in almost all the bedrooms. These were all small items but when you pay as much as this house was for the week you expect these to not be an issue. I wouldn't let these items keep me away but I would ask and see if they were fixed.
