Modern Beach Retreat

This is the vacation house of your dreams! Recently built 5 bedroom, 2 bath family-friendly beach retreat is in the perfect spot for a family retreat - it’s a short walk to both long sands beach (0.4 miles) and downtown York (0.8 miles). Grab the beach wagon full of beach chairs and beach toys and walk down to long sands beach. Or, take a quick walk to explore downtown York, which has plenty for adults and kids - restaurants, shops, an arcade, bowling alley, and York’s Wild Animal Kingdom. The house is outfitted with everything to make you feel at home during your stay- just bring you and your suitcase! After a great day at the beach, you can play board games by the gas fire place or enjoy your favorite movie on one of two 70 inch 4K smart TVs with cable. Or have some family fun with a 10 foot shuffleboard table and 4 player NBA Jam and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle arcade games. Grill meals on the deck with a 6 burner propane grill and enjoy eating under the stars. The home has five bedrooms, two with queen size beds, one king in the master suite, one with a full size bed with a pack and play for the teeniest guests, and a bunk bed room with two full size bunk beds and a twin pull out trundle bed. Bed Linens and beach and bath towels are provided with all rentals. The beautiful kitchen is stocked with the all the comforts of home (coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, toaster oven, microwave, crock pot etc.).
