With outdoor parking for 3 cars and a 1- car garage, this home can easily accommodate multiple families. The first floor has a large family room with a queen sleeper sofa , full bath, and laundry facilities. The open-concept main floor has a modern kitchen, bar seating for 4, dining room seating for 8, 2 sitting areas, a deck, full bath, and a queen bedroom. The third floor has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with attached full bath, queen bedroom, kids' room with two bunk beds) and another full bath. There is also an outdoor shower, beach toys, and covered storage area.

Check-out:Load/start dishwasher, clean grill if used, remove ALL food, used towels on washer, close/lock all windows/doors, leave keys on hook.
