Our guests love this elegant and tranquil five-story beachfront hideaway. The swimming pool is tucked into the sheltered courtyard, and the Jacuzzi sits on the beachside with an uninterrupted view. The 2 bedroom is approximately 1100 square feet with a fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities: Heated swimming pool, hot tub, cable TV, elevator, security code entry, and assigned parking. Only gas and electric grilling is allowed on the property; charcoal is prohibited.

Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.

Fantastic sunrise views on the deck - with great furniture for our group of 4. Watched the Blood Moon eclipse from the sun deck above the community pool - very cool! Kitchen was stocked well and manager was responsive to our needs. Loved the boardwalk directly out to the beach each day. Convenient walks to great food.

Overall a great condo. I stayed in guest room since my party of three (sister and my goddaughter) could not come. The only thing that I found was that the guest bathroom exhaust fan did not work. It only made a humming noise but did not draw air out. I chose to use the guest room only because it was close to kitchen. Aside from that prices were a little high for me, however I normally go to SPI during off season around early October or November and stay at a different condo and have a room a bit more in line with what I normally pay during high season. Only stayed at Seagull because my son-in-law, daughter and two grandsons were staying there.

Great place

Nice place… beautiful views… quiet. Quick access to restaurants and shops and of course the beach! And when the waves were a little strong a quiet little pool on property to relax a bit!

This was our first time in SPI and this condo exceeded expectations. Easy, check-in. Condo is right next to Public Beach Access #14. Very clean and wonderful ocean views. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Amazing ocean views

Loved the bigger balcony with living room and bedroom access. Amazing views of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom. Enjoyed our stay and the condo had all the amenities needed.

Impressive beach views

Impressive view of the beach sands and sunrises over the gulf. Furniture was comfortable in living room , regular height kitchen table and comfortable beds. Warm pool and great beach access. Had leaking faucet and maintenance came promptly.

Family vacation

Ocean front views. Accommodated 2 adults and 3 children nicely. We weren't cramped at all. Just a very short walk to beach. We ended up extending our stay we enjoyed ot so much. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Reconnecting with my kiddos

This trip was amazing! The condo was more beautiful in person than photos. My kids loved being right at the beach and having the pool! And getting to all the shops and excursions were so easy! The hospitality was top notch! We will be back!

Nice Vacation Rental

Condo was nice. Comfortable bed. Some issues that were annoying were; water pressure in shower was very low, long dark stringy hair was trapped under the bathroom door, slider door lock was not working properly, no grill when one was pictured and listed in the description of condo, hot tub was not operating when we went to use it. bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed except no micro wave cookware in the condo. all in all we enjoyed our stay. ocean view was amazing.

First walk in and it’s overwhelmingly old and unclean takes over. Stained furniture, old dressers, dirty toilet, filthy silverware/dishes/glasses. 2nd shower would not drain. For 225/night I at least expected a3star but got a barely 1 star. Guessing landlord sells out property based on ocean location which is a shame. I have pics to support all I’m saying but have no way to download. Did not call maintenance as I expected perfection on check in for this price. Would not recommend if want nice property!

Awesome Oceanfront Views and beach access

Greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo and will rent again. The property is beach facing and has amazing views of the ocean, sunrise from the master bedroom/living room. The beach is easily accessible from the parking lot. Condo is located in a very safe gated building with assigned parking spot. Kitchen and master bath were nicely renovated. Quick access to nearby restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Check in and towel exchange (11am-3pm) was in a separate location (5 minute drive) and was a minor inconvenience. Overall our family had a great time and can't wait to visit again.
