We love this house and have stayed several times.It is equipped with everything you need and a bathroom on each floor is very handy ! The location in central Beverly is perfect and parking is a real bonus.

Lovely family home in the heart of beautiful Beverley. The property is situated in a quiet area close to all amenities. The house is well equipped and spotlessly clean. My friend and I shared the whole property for a weekend … this was our third time of staying! There’s a lovely private garden area too. Though there is private parking at the property it is quite tight … I found it easier to reverse in but I only have a medium sized car but if you have any problems with it just contact the owner, before your visit, and she will arrange a parking permit to enable you to park further down the road. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely house, well equipped and ideally located. Friendly and helpful host. Ample parking. Only points to mention would be a wobbly kitchen table and a quirky and troublesome TV setup but neither would stop us from revisiting. Thanks very much.

Location perfect for Beverley town centre, and the surrounding area.House as described on the website, would sleep 5 comfortably. Carport/garage is tight for a large car but was able to park there. Permit available just incase.Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely house, great location

The house had everything we needed and the small courtyard had sun for most of the day. Parking availability was a bonus! The location was great for easy walking access to the town and local pubs and restaurants.

Great Modern and clean property, perfect for short or long stays.

We really enjoyed our stay in Beverley, main reason was the location of Sara's property it was in the perfect location for walking around Beverley and so close to the market square and all amenities, restaurants etc. The house was perfect for our needs and i would certainly reccommend it to anyone who wants to spend some time in Beverley.

The property was very spacious, well equipped and clean.We couldn’t believe how quiet the area was to say we were only a few hundred yards from the beautiful town centre of Beverley. The property had a lovely courtyard too so we were able to sit out day or evening.

The property is very well located. If I had any criticism it’s that the master bed is small with a poor quality mattress. Probably wouldn’t matter for a night or two but we were there for a week. I’d consider putting in a bigger bed with a better quality mattress, the room is certainly big enough. Also it had a duvet on which was too warm for the weather, again I’d have a lighter cover available. The shower hose leaks, the doors stick and there is a lot of black mold around the shower base.Comfortable sitting room and a very well equipped kitchen and dining area.Fantastic to have a washing machine available for us as we were staying a bit longer. The car port would not fit most cars, however Sarah offered to get us a permit. In the end we didn’t use it as we were able to park in a friends drive.All in it was a good stay but I just feel a little bit more care would make it outstanding.

A quiet and peaceful base near town centre.

9 Tiger Lane was the ideal base for a few days. So near the middle of Beverley yet very quiet with birds nesting in the little garden. A great space, very comfortable and with all we needed for our visit.

Ideal location, great stay

This location worked well for us as we were in and out to lots of concerts. We squeezed the car into the car port and went everywhere on foot. The house is well equipped and comfortable and Sarah was a very helpful host.

Very nice stay

We were returning guests and once again we enjoyed a very comfortable stay, the house is in a quiet area, at walking distance of everything and just behind the Westwood pasture for a run. Sara was very nice and helpful in answering my questions

Lovely Townhouse

Second time for us at this lovely townhouse just minutes from the centre of Beverley. Superb location and can't fault the house. Parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle but we were in a Mini so no problem!
