Amazing! We took our family on vacation. The cabin gave everyone their own space and room for gatherings We were close to everything but we're in nature at the same time. Top tier.Hosts were helpful and communicated well.

The place what’s amazing, we hosted 30 guests for the entire weekend for our wedding and could not have asked for a better place for us together! Every room has a tub with jets, there is enough sleeping room to accommodate everyone and the backdrop of the mountains made it picture perfect! The travel up is a little steep and windy, but should be expected for that area. There were a few things in the cabin that we made a note of such as a loose door knob and one of the freezers had a few dents on the door, and the light didn’t work, but they all cooled well and kept our food good and the door knob still worked so there were no huge issues with those flaws. We just made note with the facility and enjoyed our weekend! We will definitely be back and most of our guests will probably book there in the future as well thank you for making our weekend one of the best of our lives

The cabin was as described; the host was prompt and courteous. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The guidebook we were provided was a big help in getting acquainted with everything. The only issue was the electrical outlets, several of them need to have a snugger connection.

Great get away!

This comfy home (cabin) provided just the minute seclusion with a bit of a neighborhood feel that my family and i were looking for on this trip. The amenities, the scenery, & the communication throughout the stay with the property manager was awesome! The experience alone is due a great review

This is a great place to accommodate 30 people. More than enough room so you wont feel packed into one place. The pictures describe exactly what you are looking at. The owners checked in thru out our stay to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be booking with them again.

Loved it!

The cabin was set up perfectly! We had more than enough room to be able to sit around, have game nights, family dinners, it was the perfect space. I think the only downside we had was the noisy cabin next door. The hosts were very responsive to any and everything we asked and we were even able to get in early. I would highly recommend staying here again!

Black Bear Lodge

Overall great experience in Tennessee! Cabin was clean, nice towels, convenient location, ample parking. Cabin in located in a cul de sac so neighbors were pretty close to each other. Nice trip!

Great place for family reunion

We really enjoyed our time. We had 24 people and would not want more than that unless it was for quick weekend. But for our group of 24 it was great. Plenty of space for meals and relaxing. Very nice property.

Great place for groups

We had a great time at this cabin. It had so much room and plenty of parking. It was close to restaurants and things to do. We did have an issue with a pull out couch, but the management sent someone out quickly and resolved our issue right away. I would definitely stay here again the next time I need to bring a group.

Perfect for family reunions

We loved everything about the lodge. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds are super comfortable. Location is perfect. You’re away from the busyness of the sights and attractions yet close enough to get to everything within minutes. You can’t go wrong with this house!

Thanksmas Together

Our group has been getting together for Thnksmas in the mountains for 13 years . This cabin is one of the best places we have stayed. It is clean and well appointed. Drive to the cabin is relatively easy. There are enough parking places. We had a wonderful time .

Great house for reunion. Plenty of everything.. had 1 issue which was resolved immediately. Everyone loved the house and will most likely rent again at some point.
