Modern nautical-themed decor abounds in this newly renovated, freshly painted Cape located in West Chatham. On a quiet cul de sac close to everything that Chatham has to offer, it has three bedrooms: a king master en-suite, one queen and a set of bunks in one bedroom and another bedroom with a queen that share a bath, plus open floor plan and two living spaces. There is a patio off the kitchen with an adult size and a child size picnic table plus a gas grill for a cookout/barbecue. Enjoy the backyard patio for lounging with a good summer read.
