This is a very lovely, nicely furnished, spacious home, but communication with the host wasn’t great. We had to message for door code when we arrived. It was sent promptly but we felt it should have been sent earlier and without asking for it. It took several hours to get checkout info, and again, only once we requested it. But they did allow us to stay a little later than usual checkout time. Upstairs beds were a little hard. So, there were pros and cons. Would we stay there again? Possibly.

Great getaway for the family

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was really convenient to getting to beaches, trail, and downtown Chatham. Also nice to have space for our family of five. Highly recommend

The location of the home is great but we were displeased that we had very limited cell service and no internet service. This is after repeated attempts to connect to the WiFi and even rebooting the modem as directed.The upstairs bedrooms have ants and the back sliding door onto the back deck doesn’t easily open and close. We’ve previously rented other properties through Del Mar and have had no complaints but we will not consider renting this property again.

Great location near rail trail, on quiet cul de sac. Property manager extremely responsive to any questions. Very clean, hot shower with good pressure, good grill, love the gas stove. Comfortable bed/pillows.

The house was perfect for a couples weekend. Well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor allowed for privacy. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture in LR. Central location for trips to both Chatham and Harwich and easy access to Rte. 6 for all other travel.

Great stay, lovely home

We had a great stay. The home was just as pictured and a very convenient layout. We only used the first floor since it was just two of us and our dog. There was ample space outside for our dog to play. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and it was so great to be so close to the bike path. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house!

We loved staying at this summer rental. Great experience checking in and checking out. Place has lots of space for the family and everything was super clean. We also liked that there were big closet space. Kitchen was great for cooking and kids loved the game room. I would go back for sure!

Great relaxing get away

Clean home!! (I am particular about this), plenty of seating for lounging and dining in and outside. Well stocked kitchen. 1 mile to Reef Beach and close proximity to several other beaches and less than 1 mile to bike/rail trails. Close to good dining when wanted to eat out.

Cape Cod headquarters

Great place to use as a base to explore Cape Cod. Well stocked, clean, and quiet. Had some problem with the TV, but the company responded quickly and had someone out to fix it right away.
