We had a terrific stay with an excellent host at a very clean property. The property was exactly as advertised and our host provided suggestions and transportation options for our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a stay, especially for a larger group.

Great place for ski in and ski out

We really enjoyed the property. There were large communal spaces, the kitchen was well appointed and cared for, and the hot tub was divine after a long day skiing. This is a great property and has everything you need. We would definitely stay again.

Great for families!

This property was well-equipped and perfect for our group of 10. Access to the lifts was a short and easy walk for everyone and there was lots of parking available. The kids loved the loft area and the private hot tub was a great way to end a day of skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo with excellent set up for our family with enough space to eat, sleep and relax after skiing. Clean and well taken care of, we also really loved the entry where we could store our ski stuff out of the way.

Roomie, can accommodate many in beds, very close to base of lifts. Its a great spot!

The condo comfortably accommodated 10 of us. Right on the hill, large hot tub. The owner was really helpful in terms of setting up a second condo rental and acquiring lift tickets for us. Its part of a larger building, but I couldn't hear any noise from our neighbours. We had a great time!

Ski Trip

We stayed at the condo with our two adult children and two of their friends. The condo was exactly as pictured and very spacious. Suited our needs perfectly. Any issues we had were dealt with very promptly, ie: needed more towels. Over all it was a fabulous stay and we will gladly book here again!

Great holidat

The two condos I rented were perfect for my family of 11….the connecting door made for a great atmosphere for the two families to stay in touch. The extra laundry and dishwasher products were a bonus. The proximity to the ski lifts was appreciated by the skiers in the group. And the hot tubs were a blessing!!Thanks Tod for everything you did to make my homecoming so successful!

411 Kimberley Proximity to Lift

This condo was very good, it was very close to the ski chair and the kitchen had all the things we would need. The hot tub was great and very clean and the three bedrooms worked out perfectly for our two families. Tod was very responsive- when we could not find the coffee grounder., he brought us one in fifteen minutes.

Family Reunion Vacation Home

This was a fantastic vacation home for my siblings and I to get our families together after a few years of being apart. We had spent many of our childhood summers in Kimberley and it was great to all be there again. What helped to make it so enjoyable was the spacious condo that had plenty of room for us all to enjoy family dinners with each other, catching up on life, and to relax after a long day of activities. Our children also enjoyed the condo and made great use of the hot tub. Tod was a great host and even checked in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and even shared some advice for the area. This was a great place for our family to all be together again!

Great Location

This condo was in a great location to the ski hill. It was easy to find and check in was very smooth. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of room. If you are going to use the fold out couches, or floor mats, I would recommend asking for extra linens. The bare minimum was provided for us. The home was not as clean as I would have hoped. It is definitely a pet friendly place. The kitchen was well appointed. Walking distance to the ski hill and the hot tub made it worth it.

Thank you for your review, Maria. I'm wondering if you didn't read our online Hospitality Guide on our Kimberley Ridge 411 condo? One of the couches in the living room has a compartment full of extra linens, duvets and pillows...as the unit sleeps 14 at max occupancy and we take pride in providing a 5 star service. I wish you would have reached out when you discovered you were potentially short of linens! Regardless, I'm happy your crew had a good time in Kimberley and our KR411 by Simply Kimberley condo .

The hot tub was great. Clean rooms. The rug in the upstairs needs replacing as there were holes noticeable. Need more dinner plates. Said could sleep 13, but only had 9 plates, so when we had company had to use paper plates. The heating was frustrating. Only the owner had access to input temperatures. When we did just kept resetting. First was too cold and then too hot

Thank you for your stay, Lynn and I'm glad to hear the hot tub and cleanliness was great. I'm sorry to hear there was a couple issues with the amount of plates and the silly heat setting. It's this valued feedback that helps us improve - which is what we're always gunning for. Yes, we've had it happen whereby plates end up being left in the adjacent unit (through the communicating door that opens up to KR410) and this was obviously overlooked by our cleaning staff. And yes, replacing the carpet is the next investment we're aiming to do coming up - likely in spring. Love to connect in the future to try to put your family in one of our houses just up the street. Best of 2026 to you.

Great location, comfy beds!

We had a great time at this condo! The hot tub was wonderful and the beds were really comfy. It is a short little walk to the bottom of the T-bar, so we could easily pop in and out when our kids got tired. It was a great place to be with kids! Glad we came, even though the main chair is closed this season.

Family Perfect

Condo was perfect set up for our family. Proximity to beginners ski area for our 2 1/2 yr old grandson could not have been better - morning skiing & then afternoon nap & hot tub. For all others - great skiing, comfortable ample beds, well equipped kitchen & hot tub was enjoyed on daily basis by all. Can’t wait to return. Thanks Tod.
