The kitchen overlooks the open plan living area. The apartment is self-contained with a microwave, jug, toaster, oven, stove, fridge and freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and other cooking appliances provided. A TV, stereo and video have also been provided. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine, sink and dryer. The lounge room has two double sofa seats. There are two bedrooms both having wardrobes. The main bedroom has a queen bed with two bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has a set of bunks and a trundle bed. The bathroom contains a shower and toilet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurant and the wonderful Hawks Nest Golf Club.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.
