This unit has 2 bedrooms as well as a sleeping sofa in the living area to comfortably sleep 6 in beds.
Quivira Los Cabos is a Master Planned Development on 1850 acres with three miles of exclusive Pacific Beach located just one mile from downtown Cabo San Lucas, its thriving Marina and Medano Beach. The Quivira Golf Course is world famous with golf holes and tee boxes high above waves crashing into the cliffs. Quivira contains Sunset Beach and is much more than a Golf destination.
Copala at Quivira Los Cabos is its own exclusive community inside the resort with a clubhouse, pools, gym, concierge, spa, bar, restaurant, open space and wonderful views of the awe inspiring Pacific Ocean and a rare mountain setting with hiking trails up to the lighthouse.
Guests at Copala are able to enjoy access to over 25 restaurants owned by Quivira and Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach.
This specific unit is located on the fifth floor in Tower 5 at Copala. Beautiful colors and high end finishes provide a wonderful place for relaxing and enjoying the huge Pacific Ocean Views on Sunset Beach. Elevator access provides easy access in and out and there is ample and close parking just outside the elevator entrance. There is a pool directly in front of this Tower providing fun with a short walk. The clubhouse previously mentioned inside of Copala is just a 2 minute walk to enjoy the snack bar and beverages while sitting in the hot tub, watching your children in the kids pool or relaxing in the larger common pool.
One can stroll the community of Copala on the paved sidewalks with full safety and relaxed environment. As well, one can exit the Copala gates and utilize the large sidewalks next to the road and golf course for wonderful morning or sunset walks or rent a bike for extra adventures.

The owners are from Colorado. I am a property manager who is also from Vail, Colorado originally and I work in real estate and rental full time in Cabo San Lucas, therefore I am fully aware of what is expected for high end resort rentals. I personally have owned property in Cabo San Lucas since 2008. The owners purchased their unit in 2018 and have fully detailed out everything in order to make it the best possible unit for a rental. This is the owners only unit, however it is not the only unit that I manage for rentals. I have had an extensive history renting properties in Breckenridge and Vail, Colorado as well as Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo and the Corridor in between.
I also have extensive professional history working onsite at Quivira with Sales and Rentals and know the property better than anyone.

Why they chose this property
This property has great views high in the 5th floor overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Sunset Beach. The Master planned resort has many different amenities and benefits. The Quivira Golf Course is world famous for a few of its holes that are high above the ocean on the side of a mountain which is the southern most tip of Baja California. This specific property is in perfect condition with a very fun color scheme. The unit is on the 5th floor, easily accessible by an elevator. One can access many different restaurants and resort facilities all throughout the Quivira and Sunset Beach property with many different varieties of cuisine. Copala is an exclusive and fun community with many common pools, a kids pool, common areas for larger groups and parties with BBQs and inside tables if people desire air conditioning.
The location of Quivira Los Cabos from downtown and the Marina couldn't be better. Downtown Cabo and the Marina are fun places to visit, however, they are so fun with loud noise, boats, clubs, shopping and more that it is Very Nice to escape back to Copala on Quivira Los Cabos as many can get exhausted by the endless energy that downtown, the Marina and Medano beach provide.
Once a person enters Quivira Los Cabos from the main entrance, they are overwhelmed with the beauty and size of the 1850 acres and three miles of beach that the property contains and it is so large with mountains, that even this best view high above the Ocean does not allow one to see the whole property from any one location.
There are many different areas inside of Quivira Los Cabos allowing for a visitor to enjoy a different feel all throughout their visit by just travelling from one resort location to another. Some of the different areas to experience in one day are the golf facilities, hiking and biking trails (up the mountain to the lighthouse or flat and easier in the desert), game room Mercado, steakhouse, spas, fountains, cactus garden, sand dunes and Beach.

Copala is unique with the private clubhouse, kids pool, infinity pool, concierge office, spa and cinema room in case a group would like to view a movie on a TV all in one large room. There are also 5 additional pools by the towers in case variety is desired.
Copala is right next to a Mountain which is the southern most tip of Baja California providing a unique feeling as most of Los Cabos properties are not so close to the combination of the Ocean and Mountains. There is an old lighthouse on the front of the mountian built in 1905 and a new lighthouse folks can hike to to obtain one of the best views in Los Cabos.
There is a set of restaurants called the Mercado, aka the Market. At this location visitors can all choose different or the same cuisines from Mexican, Italian, salads, Diner, ice cream, sweets, smoothies and more and then utilize the common seating together so that groups do not all need to choose from the same style of food in order to enjoy a meal together.
There are also several sports bars on the property for those who love to watch their favorite team in a new location and not miss out on playoffs, finals and like to meet new friends to enjoy the fun environment of watching sports on vacation with those ready to party.
