Perfect Family Location

Wonderful facility and very spacious for our 8 family member staycation! We loved the fact that we were away from all the hustle and bustle of Clearwater but still close enough to visit.

Exactly as pictured and a great location! Perfect for easy access to the beach! The building is under construction and doesn’t look the greatest from outside but the inside is perfect and clean and updated. It does come with some beach equipment but most of it is old and rusted. I would recommend bringing your own equipment. Don’t bother asking if the rental has certain supplies. We asked about baby equipment and they told me it didn’t.. it has 3 pack n plays in the closet along with a baby bath seat and a few other random things I’m sure ppl have left. Would have saved us space in the car to not bring. Rental met our needs and we would absolutely go back. Perfect for on the beach with kids due to pool access and super easy beach access

Thank you for your review. We will update beach items as needed and our apologies about the baby items. As the owner does not supply baby items, we do not keep current inventory on those items so we do not want to tell a guest that something is supplied when it is not a guarantee.

When we arrived, the condo was beautiful, spotless and well stocked, but the temperature was 78. We quickly learned there was an AC problem. We contacted the manager early Sunday morning, and she had Cold Zone there within 30 minutes. He filled it with Freon, but it did not repair the unit. The manager then arrived with 150 in gift cards and 2 box fans, which helped! Cold Zone located a unit and arrived Monday morning, worked all day, and we had air by 4 pm. The first 2 days were not enjoyable, but the owner agreed to refund one day, provided gift cards, and quickly got a new unit installed. We have been in his shoes and we know things like this will happen, but the manager worked diligently to get help ASAP and all in all, even with 3 days of rain, & Hurricane Isias hitting Destin, our vacation was a success. We would gladly rent here again! I hope the owner realizes what jewels he has in his manager & the AC folks!
