The condo was a great price and was in a stellar location. The condo was well stocked and had modern amenities. The beds were comfortable and they were a welcome rest at the end of the day. I do want to mention an inaccuracy in the description on the property listing. There is no more 5/day parking on the north side of town for the second car. There is only 25/day (40/day on the weekend) at the ice rink. Be prepared for this.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We thought we removed everything about the $5 parking in town but will look again to make sure it is no longer shown.
My family stayed at the property and loved the ease of walking across the street to all the shops and restaurants of Main Street. Having a free parking spot was really nice too as parking is hard to find downtown. It was a cozy apartment with tasteful furnishings.
We had a fantastic stay at this condo over the 4th of July! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to do in Breckenridge, but still quiet and peaceful. The condo was spotless and exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We felt very safe throughout our stay, which made it even more relaxing. Breckenridge is such a great place to celebrate the 4th, with all the festive events, beautiful weather, and mountain charm. We’d definitely stay here again. We highly recommend!

The location was wonderful. We could walk to ski lifts, grocery store and every kind of restaurant you could imagine. Condo is clean, well stocked easy in and out!
This unit is in such a great location on Main St. We had such a great time staying here, and the place was exactly as described. We would definitely try to stay here next time we’re in Breck!

We chose Breckenridge because from the very first time we visited in the early 1990s, we completely fell in love with the charm of the town, the incredible mountain atmosphere, and what many consider one of the top ski resorts in the country.
At first, we believed staying directly on the mountain was the ideal experience — but we quickly realized the challenges that came with it, including limited parking in town, relying on shuttle services, and feeling disconnected from the heart of town.
That’s why we chose Tannhauser 1.
The location offers the perfect balance: only about a 600-yard walk to Peak 9, comparable to walking from most ski resort parking lots, yet right in the center of Breckenridge’s vibrant Main Street.
After a full day on the slopes, there’s no need to wait for shuttles or worry about driving. Simply walk outside your door and enjoy restaurants, après-ski drinks, shopping, nightlife, and everything Breckenridge has to offer — all without hassles, schedules, or time constraints.
For us, this is the true luxury of a Breckenridge vacation.
